First Imperial Tourney

Several heralds are spotted in the Oren cities. Each one in the clothing of the Knightly Order of the Holy Dragon each one blows a horn before they speak. Each one seems to be either a young loud mouthed boy, or a old man doing a simple job for a few coins. They shout their annoucments loudly their voice heard a around the city.

 

 

 

"Hear Ye! Hear Ye! On this Elven day the Grand Knight of Oren, His Grace Uthor Silverblade Duke of Furnestock is holding the first Tourney of our Empire! The reasons for this are several, many including our arrival to the new world and the luck we have faced so far in beating several enemies and the newly divorced King James Horen-Hightower! The Tourney shall be in the Capital city in the Imperial Arena! First there shall be Knights and Nobles of our fine Empire jousting on the field! Who ever win shall receive the title "Master of the Joust" until he is beaten in the noble sport! And a Set Of Iron Armor!"

 

The Rules of the Jousts are,

 

1. There are three rounds, who ever earns the most points at the end wins

2. If one lands a proper blow onto the the opponent they earn a point

3. If one knocks his opponent off his steed they earn two points

4. Any Cheating of the sorts will have you escorted out and your name dishonored!

5. Betting on who will win ARE allowed

 

 

"Once the jousting is over there shall be another sport! The always loved Duels of Honor! Each noble man and Knight shall be able to join this event, By this only Counts, Dukes, and Official Imperial knights may join it! No pretenders!  Each Duelist shall be armed with a dueling blade! [[Wooden blade]] And there shall be a count down before the two can engage in one another. Who ever wins each round they go in, they shall receive the Honorary title "Master Duelist!" And a Set Of Iron Armor! This title will be held until the champion loses it just as the jousting one!"

 

 

 

Rules of the Duels

 

1. There is only one round for each fight, last one standing win that fight

2. One to win all rounds they go into is the victor

3. Only the Tourney blades shall be used, any other will have you escorted out and your name dishonored

4. These are duels of Honor, any dishonorable acts will be punished severely 

5. Betting on who will win ARE allowed
