Everman111 16 Share Posted March 17, 2013 I think you should be able to do it as long as you RP inventing it as well as having tons of lore. Lore alone doesn't make stuff happen. So for starters your character would have to begin studying the science behind it, creating balloons, making them larger, sending animals up, figuring out to control it, etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The current status of it has been that it was accepted, but now that decision has been reconsidered and it will have to be reviewed again.
