many RP servers in Minecraft, and also in other games, such as RaiderZ,
WoW and many others.

How did you hear about the the Lord of the Craft?: Well, I knew about it
for a long time now, but I never really tried it. I was looking for
Minecraft servers, because I was bored, and decided to check out the
servers on Minecraft Forums, since I never tried to use them for finding
servers. As I was browsing, I suddenly noticed this server, so a
thought came to my head, telling me to try it. This is how I ended here.

information.

Definitions

In your own words define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:

Role-playing: For me, role-playing is taking place in a fictional
world as a character, who needs to develop skills, find itself a group
and do everything it can in order to complete his/her mighty quest.

Meta-gaming: Meta-gaming is using information that the character wasn't meant to know and abuse it, such as real-life information, etc. For an example, me and my friend were playing on the server, when suddenly he asks 'Will you go to school tomorrow, Asaf?' This counts as meta-gaming.

Power-emoting: Power-emoting is doing actions to another player, without letting him do anything in return, or making an impossible action. in other words- exessive role-playing. for example: Me and
another player are walking together, suddenly, out of nowhere, I take a gigantic sword and beat the player to his death. This reminds me of the way I used to role-play with my friends when I was a little kid.

In-Character Information:

Complete the following biography on your character:

Full Name: Tristam Corite

Current Age: 21

Sub-race (if any): Northener

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs
long): 'Moooooom, where did you put the breadsticks..?' Tristam is a talented boy. He was born in Ager, a village not too far away from the capital, Arethor. His father, a well-trained swordsman, taught his son the basics of sword fighting. He often helped his mother, a great cook known all over the village, to cook basic food, such as mushroom stew or bread loaves. He quickly gained charisma and trust from the villagers and was loved by all the people around him, calling him 'kind-hearted and brave'. He lived peacefully with his small family, until the great disaster happened. A mysterious fog covered the whole village, and the sky suddenly turned green. This weird fog wilted the flowers, killed the pets and the animals, poisoned the water sources and caused lots of damage. The fog caught the Corite family unready, so they have to get their supplies as soon as possible and run away. They were running towards the gate as sick people were crying, asking them for medicine. Before they reached the gate, his mom told Tristam that she's going to stay and help the sick, since many of them are her friends. Before Tristam and his father left, he was given some loaves of bread and a minas pouch. They built a little hut a bit far from the village, so they can live there for some time. After the hut was done, Tristam's father decided to stay in the hut, and sent Tristam to Arethor, the capital of the Holy Oren Empire. He was told to meet a person named Robin Drake II, who is apparently a friend of his father, so he will take care of him while he's there.

He lived in the noble house Drake for a few good months, until he decided to become a knight. Using what his father taught him, he quickly became an outstanding trainee and gained more knowledge about fighting. As time passed he became more and more interested about that poisonous fog that covers Ager until now. He made countless researches about the fog, but the results were always negative, as if there was just no source, and it just came out of the blue. He knew this isn't the answer, and that there's something behind this whole thing. Even Robin Drake II couldn't answer this question, even though he has a whole library about different researches.

Ambitions for the Future: Tristam wants to research the poisonous fog from Ager village in order to know the source of it and stop it.

Personality: Tristam is kind-hearted (He will help anyone in trouble), smart (Is able to solve puzzles, etc.), Charismatic (Can easily convince a large group of people or become their leader), knowledge-thristy (Likes researching and learning new things), strong (Includes running, attacking, etc.) and brave (Will try his best in the most dangerous situations).

Skills: Tristam is a well- trained swordsman (Just like his father), a good cook, interested in archeology and knows to research things he found. He is also good at hunting. If he starves, he can simply hunt a nearby pig or a cow, clean it, cook it and enjoy the fine meal. Another skill of him is investigation. He spent months of investigating Ager's fog, what eventually helped him with investigating other phenomenons. He's also good at stealth. He's still a trainee, but he is not bad at it and gets better at it as time passes.

Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): zzjyjwn3jymc.png

Any other details you wish to share about your character: No need, thank you.

____

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a
dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s
palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting
distance - what do you do?

Answer: It was early in the morning. Tristam was walking up the path to the Emperor's palace. 'I can't believe I'm going to visit the Emperor himself! I might finally get my knight badge and officially be announced as a knight! I feel quite stressed..' He whispered to himself. Upon crossing the town square, he noticed a suspicious dark-clothed figure among the tempestuous crowds of humans. 'There is something strange about this lad, don't ye think?' said a nearby merchant who approached Tristam. 'He seems to be making his way to the palace.' the merchant assumed. Tristam finally decided: 'I shall follow him a bit, just until I know what he's up to. It's the perfect time to test my stealth skills.' He then went to the merchant house, went upstairs and climbed to the roof. He jumped from one roof to another and quietly stalked the suspicious figure, who was walking slowly on the path to the palace. He kept a distance of a few meters from the figure, so he wouldn't notice. When they went close enough to the palace, he went down from there and shadowed him, hoping for success. 'I can see guards in the distance! The case is solved! I'll let them do the job themselves. I have to meet the Emperor now anyway.' he smiled. As he was about to leave the suspicious person alone, he suddenly took out a dagger and stabbed one of the guards. The other guard was about to strike the person for the sake of his friend, who is now lying on the floor, slowly bleeding to death. Before the other guard was able to attack the villian, it was too late. The dagger already penetrated through his flesh. Tristam watched in shock as the guard fell to the ground, suffering incredible pain alongside his dead friend. Shocked, Tristam shadows the dark-robed person, wondering if the 'assassin' already noticed him. 'I won't let him reach the Emperor. I will stop him no matter what!' Tristam took a deep breath and dashed towards the assassin, pushing him against the wall. The person took out his dagger once again and tried to stab Tristam in the stomach, but thankfully, Tristam was just quick enough to knock the dagger down, leaving the assassin defenceless. He then said: 'Come after me and don't make sudden moves. If you do, I'll make sure you'll suffer the same fate as those poor guards.' The stressed assassin surrenderred and went to prison. 'We were looking for this person for a long time now.' Said the prison guard. 'He is a known dark-elf who tried to assassinate the Emperor more than once. I thank you for your kindness and for your help. Here, take this bounty!' as he counted the minas and dropped them in his coin pouch, Tristam responded: 'Thank you very much!' The prison guard finally recalled: 'Hey, didn't you say something about meeting the Emperor?'

2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come
across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside
it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded
by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You
are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react?

Answer: 'I am a bit short on minas right now..' said Tristam to himself with a grumpy face while walking down the road to the oak forest. 'I should save money and get my own food and clothing for a short period of time.' He wanted to replace his crumbling armor with something that actually fits him. 'I will have to use leather armor for now, just until I get all the minas I need..' he sighed. He climbed on a tree with some ladders he brought with him in order to get a good view of the oak forest. He smiled as he saw a cow chewing the cud, just a few meters away. 'Yes!' He went all the way down and caught the cow. With a satisfied smile, he then took out his sword. Just as he was about to slaugher the cow, a sound was heard all over the forest. 'HELP!' Tristam immediately set the cow free and ran to the place where the sound came from. 'See ye later, cow! I gotta do something important first!' He ran until he saw a small cottage. He hid behind a tree and listened to the conversation. 'Gimme all yer money!' 'Stay away from me, you punks!' 'Do what we told you, old guy, unless you want to get hurt.' Tristam quickly analyzed the situation. 'I can hear 3 people. One of them sounds older than the others, and he's also the one who's being attacked.' He looked past the tree and saw the older person getting pushed on a wall by younger guys who seem to be bandits. 'They are heavily armoured. Too bad my armour is almost broken, so I'll just gather some leather really quick.' He hunted every cow he could find, made a crafting table and crafted himself a clumsy leather armour set. 'This should do the trick, I hope..' With an iron greatsword in his hand and some leather armour, Tristam was finally ready to face the bandits. He charged at one of the bandits, knocking him to the ground. He quickly swung his sword at the other bandit, but he was too quick and the attack missed. One of the bandits took out a dagger and ripped off part of Tristam's tunic. 'This is bad, I haven't even hit them once.' He suddenly got an idea. He swung the sword for the bandits' legs, and finally landed a hit on one of them, causing them to fall. He swung his sword as fast as he can towards the fallen bandit, killing him. The second bandit went berserk on Tristam and hit him a few times in the chest. He screamed in pain and started bleeding. Just as the bandit was about the land the final blow, a shield was thrown to the space between the dagger and Tristam's body, sending the dagger flying after it hit the shield. 'Wait, who threw that shield?' Tristam asked himself. Just before passing out, he saw a bearded man stepping towards him and grabbing him. When he woke up, he was in a bed, with no one around. A few potions of instant health were lying on the wooden plank beside him. under the potions there was a piece of paper, saying 'Thank you for saving me. I'm a doctor, you see? Treat yourself well.' Tristam then left the house with a big smile on his face.

3. You are standing within the mighty human capital
when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You
approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of
general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that
he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose
prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the
discussion that happens).

Answer: ..The town square.. Probably the most bustling place in Arethor. Tristam was walking along the streets, thoughts were filling his head and he was feeling bored. He heard the sound of the minas rustling in his minas pouch, as if they were shouting: 'Use me! Use me!' Suddenly, his eyes encountered a colorful stall, just across the road. When he approached the stall, a small man welcomed him. 'Hello there, lad! I am a general goods merchant, and I see ye like my shop! Why don't ye take a look at my items!' Tristam was happy that finally, someone is going to end his boredom. 'Sure! What's in your stock?' The merchant quickly responded: 'I sell just about anything! I see that you're a knight, so why don't you take this iron chestplate? It was forged to perfection by the world's best blacksmiths. Ooh, what about this items bag? Ye can store everything in it, from food and drinks to gold and diamonds!' Tristam hesitated for a few seconds. 'Let's see, I want this iron helmet, one bag, 3 cooked porkchops and a pet chicken. How much does it cost?' The merchant laughed out loud, then explained: 'I don't have set prices in my store, but instead, I let the costumers haggle the prices as much as they want, so.. what do ye think?' Tristam slowly counted his money, and answered: '160 minas! 40 for the helmet, 50 for the bag (which will help me out a lot), 10 for every porkchop, which makes it 30, and 30 for the pet chicken.' The merchant smiles happily and said 'It was nice making this deal with you!'
Tristam looked at the items. They were all in fine condition. After he was satisfied from the quality of the items, he went back to his house.

Very good application. One thing I would like to bring up is that you cannot become a knight without roleplaying the training and such on the server first. Other than that very nice job, I am glad to have this be my first application reviewal.

Please wait patiently for a GM to implement you. Welcome to LotC!
