Privy Council Announcement

Seneschal Patrick arrives in cities around the Empire of Oren and gives speeches about loyalty and such to the Emperor. He then speaks of those who will be replacing vacant positions on the council.

 

"Lord Godwein I of Stafyr is hereby relieved of his duties as Lord Privy Seal and has been promoted to the position of Lord High Treasurer."

 

"Lord Adam I of Green is hereby promoted to the position of Lord Privy Seal on the Privy Council."

 

"Further announcements will take place in the rapid changement of the positions on his imperial majesty's council."

One of Adam's men hears of the news in Salvus, and quickly returns home to Baile, only to find that the Count is off on one of his regular walks through the forest and gorge. When they finally come across the old giant he holds an axe in his hand, finishing up chopping down one of the many massive pine trees. The news is called out to him as the tree falls, letting out a cracking noise.

 

Adam pauses, giving an odd look towards the man, followed by the simple reply-

"I'm what?"
