With the up coming changes to the Legion and the regulations that we will now abide by, the new requirement for all Legionnaires is to pass an entrance exam to prove that they have reviewed the context of the Legion Manifest from cover to cover. All who do not partake in this exam shall be removed and stripped of their rank without mercy and with no remorse on the behalf of the Commanding ranks, by all this also includes all currently standing military commanding ranks.
