The citizens need to know before the government covers this up:

 

A certain "Oren" might or might not want to take a certain "fortress" from Malinor

Only a Fortress? As they say, give a greedy man something small, he will want something bigger.

 

 

The Government is unsure whether or not the Rebels are Oren or not.

This raises speculation whether or not the government is still able to handle the rebel threat!

 

So far this is the only information that I can give that concerns the government of Malinor and Oren.
