That Salamandra guy's hurt because I stole monks bread, and am Serving my ban respectable. But I would have like to post in the thread after being smashed and flamed, I believe I have the right no?  I believe I deserve the same respect cappy was given in my complaint thread.

I am feeling cappy is trying to get back at me for calling him out several other times. I feel all my actions were done RP, and should be solved RP? Explain what rule was broken besides taking a donation? When I reported someone for stealing my donation box in Kal'Halla mods laughed and said its the wilds what do you expect. Well my character is a VA what do you expect. 

 

This is the second time in 2 weeks Cappy has came down on me with unjust punishment, it is unfair because he is looking for a way to get me it seems(im a bit of a conspiracy theorist...).

 

More than 80% of my peers supported my Rp actions in the other support thread so?? 

 

I also filled 2 chests with bread at the temple repaying my debt and more...

Even though a two day ban is nothing compared to the length of bans on this server, compared to the crime, it is a bit unwarranted. I have made changes to rules and policies of the GM team; including emphasizing on speaking with players first before bans, removal of land scars and slaughtering of UNrp farms. I can assure you, the community, that further incorrectly handled incidences as this will result in a warning on the staff member who didn't follow protocol. In this case, the player should have been warned, if not IG then on the forums; whether they reply or not, a second or third offense would have shown a lack of respect for the community or requests of staff, and resulted in a 2 day ban. But none of this occurred and i feel it unnecessary to keep a player banned for such a minor infraction. Even with floating trees, i remove them myself and warn the player. A second offense would be a week ban.

We never had such clarifications in the past, and if we did; they weren't enforced on the GM team. Now that i am in charge of them, i will work diligently on making sure we have a better relationship on communication and respect. If you have any issues about my staff please feel free to PM me so that i may look into the situation rather than cause an uproar or flame fest via forums. For the sake of bettering the community i'd much rather fix any issues privately and watch our relationships prosper. However, using feedback and Bugs in this manner is perfectly okay and the results would be the same.

This should ensure you that the administrative team has read your complains and has acted on them, creating a new way of handling out bans and of warning a player for small deads. Your points have been done in other threads but if you still believe you should voice yourself futher, you should perhaps send a forum pm to Mau5 or any other admin about the subject. If you make a polite message explaining your side of the matter, the administrator will respond the same way and inform you of what is being done and the reasons why. This is spoken not as a guide but as a player who has done this before, and I had received a responce sortly after the message was sent.

Isn't theft not allowed in the Temple, both RPly and OOCly? Since Asulon?

 
How did you even manage to steal from the temple's farm chest when there are monks/travelers there.

Thanks but I thought 1a was allowed in the cloud temple as per VA rules.

This could have been better handled by contacting administration privately rather than make a public thread about it, and risk causing more OOC drama.

Contact Urasept or Mau5noize privately regarding issues with Cappy. These are likely the two players you speak to whenever you are having issues with a specific GM.

Please be civil when making threads like this, and be careful not to write it in a way that would cause flames.
