Major Dom 1297 Share Posted May 6, 2013 You are wandering through the vast halls of Kal'Azgoth, when you stop to get a drink at the Royal Tavern. Gradually, you hear creaks and moans followed by loud stomps. You look up from your crummy Dwarven Ale and, to your surprise, find the monolithic golem Apex looming over you. In a loud and monotous voice, it begins to speak to you. "A-pex need in-for-ma-tion ab-out re-bell-i-on." After saying this one line, it waits expectantly for you to give a response. It seems like a wise decision judging by the sheer mass of the construct. ((OOC: Apex has been ordered to gather any and all information on the Dwarven rebellion, and return it to Farren. Any and all Dwarves can answer, preferably if you -do- have information. The golem speaks directly to you, and not to a group, so answer the thread like you were the only one near the golem. Thank you in advance for helping the roleplay!))
Elindor 666 Share Posted May 6, 2013 Elindor is sitting in a tavern reading over something he had just written when the golem approaches him. He remains unaware of its presence until the booming voice demands answers. He spins around, looking at the rock's stomach, then peers up to the face. "I'm sorry, you were interested in what specifically?" The Golem answers with the same question. Elindor replies, "This must be a dwarven thing, so rebels to the dwarven legion I presume. Funny thing actually, there was some guy sent a message just earlier today who called himself the King of Rebels. Probably not a wise title seen as someone like you might be looking for rebels." Major Dom 1297 Author Share Posted May 6, 2013 Apex stares down at the man, his features and posture unchanging. "Name of king." Apex waits once more for the man to respond.
Nefarious Aus Shitpost 891 Share Posted May 6, 2013 Bael examines the construct and realises it probably belongs to someone in the Smithing Guild, which means its probably on the Loyalist side. "Ah wundahful piece uv equipmen' 'ere... ah wondah w'oo dis belongs tu..? Ah feck it." He looks up and plans out what he is going to say. "Ah'm unsure as tu w'oo exactleh is leadin' dis rebellion but ah'm puttin' meh muneh un teh Irongut traitors er "T'underfists" as dey be callin' demselves. Dere leadah be deh false son uv 'iebe, Duregar, so ah'm guessin' 'e beh tah rebel leedah alsuh. Ah'm nae tuu sure but ah fink wun uv teh 'olds may beh shelterin' dem becaws me lookout at deh crossin' as seen nut'ing uv em."
Elindor 666 Share Posted May 6, 2013 Elindor tries not to feel uncomfortable. "It was something very dwarf sounding. Graberdif... guberaf... Drabadek. I am not rightly sure, but I believe he was Thunderfist.
