He is alive and well, and due to his heritage, is somewhat young.
Personality:

Richard used to be all for courage and heroic acts, but over time he has become more..hateful. He does not show much care for others, and it seems as if he has no purpose. After his cousin's death, he is much more grim.

A staff, and scrolls.
Further Details:

His robes are trimmed with golden cloth, but also is a lightweight, yet durable material. It acts as somewhat of an armor, but will not protect him like iron armor would as strong.
