The Therkul's originally were made of two Prides, the Oh'Khan's and the Tanar's. Tiazar was mane of the Oh'Khans and Krahn was mane of the Tanar's. Both had very different ways and different beliefs, there was much conflict among the prides. One day Krahn shot an arrow blindly towards the Oh'Khan and hit a young kitten named Majiir. Krahn couldn't forgive himself and he came up with an idea of combining the two prides together to become stronger, Tiazar agrees. Although the new pride, Therkul had two manes, Tiazar and Krahn but there were complications as Tiazar’s actions were halted, he secretly hated Krahn.

But the Tanar blood starts to spill as Krahn began socialising with a strange being known as ape with history and secrets, many disapprove of this action and Tiazar took this as an advantage. Tiazar visited the Tlatlanni about Krahn's actions and how he posed a threat to his pride and to the Kharajyr, soon Krahn was sacrificed atop the temple to their goddess Metztli. Nobody can be sure that Krahn's fate was sealed by Tiazar, but a few had their suspicions. Tiazar know has complete control over the Therkul pride and keeps a watchful eye on the Tanar side of the pride, knowing that they may act badly to Krahn's death. Since the death of the Tla'Xerdun, Tiazar was chosen by Metztli to be the new Tla' giving up his position as mane, the pride name has grown across the island and a new mane was chosen by two Elders, Zeriko (twin brother of Krahn) was chosen. Tanar blood has control once more.

 

The destruction of the empire and Va'Khajra killed the remaining members of the Therkul by the hands of Uruks or apes forever bonding the remaining khas in the Therkul as one. It led to scavenge and a broken empire, members forever lost and murdered. Therkul was faded into the shadows along with many prides.

Although the Kharajyr took it’s turn reborn by a new Tlantani, Tla’Morthawl. The empire raised once more to a sortable colony. Pride Therkul was relightened at the time of Anthos.

 

<> What does it mean to be Therkul?

 

Pride Therkul used to be about strength and numbers, importance of themselves and safe keeping of Kharajyr Empire. This is however turned useless has their ideas reached their goals, a new goal to achieve has been acknowledged.

The pride has the ownership of the upper housing district of the island to bring safety from apes and ape kha' behaviour. To this is not only with stealth and aglity, but knowledge. Some Kharajyr would fail to gain information before killing their prey, Therkul does it differently. Being in pride Therkul means we would seek information from apes and obtaining their books without the means of being friends of them or turning ape kha. The members would bring back the knowledge, tell the mane so that he/she could acknowledge the Tlatanti.

Therkul have close connection with the Tla' since they have the eldest members than the island, and Tla' respect Therkul's wisdom. We will continue to guide the Tla' to our ideas of ape free enviornment or apes kneeling before our feet. To hunt a prey, you need to know your prey.

 

<> Roles

 

Mane - The leader of the pride that make any decisions on the pride's goals and what to do.

 

Elders - A small council of older members of Therkul, they can supply suggestions in attempt to change Mane's mind or extend. As well as acting upon their ideas to improve the Mane by just presenting their ideas to him/her.

 

Members- Lower group of Therkul, they have right to speak like all Kharajyr can but not have the trust to improve upon the pride by just simply words unless supported by the elders.
