"Hail and well met.

 

I seek a moderate sized plot of land, somewhere on the coast, preferably in Oren, bordering the ocean itself. It should be quite flat, though I will happily settle for otherwise.

 

I hold great prospects, and the profits of my enterprises shall be shared with whoever provides the land, and whatever cost they hold, shall be met.

 

The land must be large enough for a drydock of significant proportions, roughly 125 metres long, by 50 metres, and a store shed of similiar size for the keeping of smaller vessels. Furthermore, the land must have room for a small hut, and the prospects of a reasonable jetty or wharf.
