A question of War

Guys I have a question about War. It doesn't seem to be answered anywhere and i wasn't sure where to put this so in role play it is.

Does war HAVE to be between 2 countries or can it be between a country and a certain faction? For example, could the UAC (not saying they will) declare war on the kingdom of Oren and then kill the king, and because of their high number of troops claim the throne? (Refering to the 10% population support)

Just a thought. It could take kingdoms in a new direction i suppose. Thanks any feedback is appreciated.

Ah suppose it possible that someone or a group kin assassinate the king, but 'avin' one of the assassins gain enough support tah 'old the throne would be a tad unrealistic. Our king is rather popular amongst the common folk, Ah don't think they'd support the reign of an assassin and usurper.

"Assassins can then kill their target, whether it be a Lord or King. Killing political figures in The Wilds does not count as assassination as their are no witnesses to see such an act If successful, the Lord or King must remain at The Cloud Temple of Aegis for at least 10 minutes. During this time, if a man stands by the throne, has the support of at least 10% of the population and the support their to witness him he may claim the Throne of the nation or lordship of the city. If this claimant is not popular it is possible to assassinate him as well."

Taken from the wiki. 10% isnt that much when you think about it. If you have a group of about 25 members in the attack who are willing to the support the new leader. Thats going to be over 10% seen as though the max players is only 180.

I think this needs to be cleared up. As the king could be easily de-throned. maybe raise to 33% or 50% That way you couldn't just rely on the support of your guild and will need public support

Just be prepared to be stabbed, hated and killed by the other 90%.
