To all of those looking for a quiet place to live and work peacefully.The village of New Ager, between Auvergne and Abresi, has homes and farm plots for sale! Prices are negotiable (between 100-500 minas). You'll be living along the forest of Ager, ponds, and winding streams that run through Ager.

 

Are you a..

 

Farmer? Well there are a few plots for sale. As said above prices are negotiable. The tax for a farm plot is 10 bundels of wheat every elven week. Only a few plots left! (note: only farm plot, there is no house that is included, but can be built)

 

Woodcutter? Well the forest has variety of trees to cut: Oak, Pine, and a few Birch. All you have to do is talk to the Count about asking permission to do so, just talk, no cost!

 

Swordsman? Well House Althered and Denims-Therving could use a few guards in Ager to protect the land but also to guard the family personally. 

 

Is there a tax for living in Ager?

Yes, it is a small tax. For the people who live in regular homes, the tax is 25 minas an elven week. And as said before, the tax for having a farm plot is 10 bundels of wheat per elven week. (Taxes will be do between Friday-Sunday, if no reason why taxes are not paid, there will be a warning, after the warning a possible eviction.)
