Can't Get Into Ts?

I can log onto the TS server itself, but when I try to join a channel

it says

 

channel maxfamily reached

 

Any ideas?

Max Family clients is the maximum amount of clients that can be in this channel and all of its subchannels combined. So I believe someone must increase the Max Family clients of the channel.
