Unfortunately your application has been denied. Here are some things that need to be improved if you are wanting to reapply.

Try to add examples to your definitions. They are basically correct but to show that you can put an example with them will give us no doubt that you know what you're talking about.

 

Your biography sure is interesting and sad but it includes hardly any server lore or detail. Try to add things such as town names or events pertaining to your character's race. All of this information can be found on our extensive lore page.

 

Describe your character in more detail. With what you have said I do not really get a good picture of how he looks, thinks, and acts. Add onto that and explain even the minor details. They can help a lot when describing your character in general. Painting the reader a picture when listing the tenancies and personality as well as look of your character can be an enormous help when trying to understand what your character is.

 

Expand on your first and second ORQs. You could add more dialogue throughout both answers. Try to add as much detail to the first two as you did the third one.
