   It has come to my attention that you have been seeking to acquire more books for your store. I myself have written a book that, while not on your designated list, I believe you may enjoy. I am a chef, having spent almost my entire life learning the trade, and I have completed the first volume of what I plan to be a series of cookbooks. I would be willing to negotiate a low price to secure my current book, and all that follow for your establishment. *Vayne takes the note from the servant, wondering what it could be. She opens it up, reading James' message. She begins to write a note back, securing it upon her bird. She sends the bird back to James.*

 

James, I was so happy to receive your note. I would LOVE to sell your cookbook in my bookstore. Please send back your price! Good luck on becoming a chef. I will be in Abresi everyday.

*Leopold notices the poster on one of his nightly strolls, and prepares a note along with a bird when he returns to Castle Greywynn.*

 

I have a book you may be interested in. I found it laying amidst some bodies during the recent battle at the Crossing. It's titled "Oren's Scorn", and seems to detail the escape of an assassin. Quite violent in content. Next time I'm near Abresi I'll bring it in for ya to have a look at.
