The island chain indicted by the red lines is the island chain that is up for request. The Nieric Order is looking to sail there via a skilled navy Captain named Faendal and inhabit the area. The Order has around 10 members. Talibar Tyrowen has been there rply with Faendal before.

 There are stuctures on that island chain, if I remember correctly. Those islands may also be under claim by the Orcs or Oren, not sure.

There are only old ruins on the islands (A small house was there at some point but is almost completly gone) we just need to know who we have to get Perms from.

From conclusion from myself and Tythus we believe the ruins were made by the Anthos build team before the official release of 3.0.
