To ensure that only competence enters the Lumidrim, there will be evaluations. We are only as strong as the weakest of us, thus we must ensure the weak do not enter. Those who aspire to breach the jab between initiate and a member of the Lumidrim are required to attended an evaluation

To mold each man and woman into a warrior there must be time taken aside for the molding. This will ensure elven warriors to not stray down the path of weakness ever again.
