Garth was in the garden when he received the letter and box from a servant. He read the letter, shaking his head and thinking to himself that he was more glad now that he left Oren if it allowed /this/ barbarity within its borders. He peeked into the box and immediately closed it upon discovering the contents. Garth then walked into his study and started writing a note to William.

 

"Your response to this will reveal to the world what sort of nation Oren really is." He says to himself.
