Your meta-gaming definition is not quite right. I'd advise you read this wiki page to try and better your understanding of meta-gaming, and also perhaps adding a definition in your next application.

 

Your biography is far too short. It is supposed to be multiple paragraphs in length and give a moderately detailed insight into what happened in his life. Furthermore, your character would not have realistically began to learn archery at age five, nor would he have mastered swordsmanship at 16. Your biography should also have a moderate amount of server lore, used properly. Your single mention of Winterfell is not accurate because your character is far too young to ever have been in Winterfell.

 

You need to tie in everything regarding his ambitions and personalities in with his biography.

 

You must provide an image for his skin. Also, how is it that nobody could have seen his eyes?

 

Each of your ORQ's could do with being a bit longer, and your third ORQ needs to be much longer. Also, your first and second ORQ's contains some powergaming in your defeat of the various enemies. Also, try to format your third ORQ in more of a paragraph format.
