To All Bannermen Within Oren

The Grand Marshal sits at his desk, quill in hand. He dips the tip within the inkpot, staining it a nice, night black. A small smile formed upon his lips as his other hand was placed to the top left-hand corner of a piece of parchment. He’d slowly lower the quill before starting to write in a fine, bold writing.

 

“Under orders of the Grand Marshal, Duke Adorellan Kamura and the King, William Horen III. All Bannermen within the Oren Kingdom are now removed from Noble Houses and placed within the Royal Army until further notice. You are to report to Adorellan Kamura to receive your new uniform.”

He finishes writing, placing the quill to one side. He had made separate copies of such before scrolling each and every one, before handing them to Alexander Valois, personally handing them to the lead bannermen.
