Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?: Skyrim, Oblivion, me and my sister's server
Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: No.

How did you hear about us?: I looked up "Minecraft roleplaying servers"
What do you think the server will be like? Awesome, and alot of fun.
Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes
What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: The rule that states that you can build, but only if it matches the enviorment that it is in. (And is not something, silly, or irrelevant)

Definitions

This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not Google’s.

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is when players take on the role of a made-up or fictional character for fun. Roleplaying also allows the player to do things he/she would not do in real life, such as stealing, killing, and many other things.  
What’s metagaming?: Metagaming is when a player says something that they do not know, or something thier charcter did not learn through roleplaying.
What’s powergaming?: Powergaming is, well, let's say an assassin is trying to kill someone of nobility, and simply kills them without giving the other player a chance to respond or react to the situation.

In-Character Information:

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What’s your character called?: Kumez Pargon
What race are they (and sub-race)?: Dwarf, Forest.
What sex are they?: Male.
How old are they?: 107 (In seasons)
Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: Kumez's childhood was fairly normal. He grew up in Mount Ire, with his sister Eddealia and his two cousins. His parents worked as guards; until his mother decided to take a job at the local Inn to make more income for her familiy. Kumez grew up and decided to stduy History, Brewing and a bit of Druidism. Meanwhile his sister took up a job as a guard. When Kumez was 86, he decided to move to Kal'Arlas to further stduy Brewing, find a job, and figure out what to do with his life. At 90 he found a job working as a lumberjack, which he found slightly boring, but he was making a fair amount of minas.   
What are they like (personality)?: Kumez is responsible, independant, and hard-working.
What are their ambitions?: Becoming a full time brewer, and he hopes to aslo find a way to become a Druid.
Do they have any special skills?: Kumez has a very good memory, is good at climbing, and sneaky. He also learns new skills easily.
What are their weaknesses?: Not good with weapons of any kind, not very trusting, and often has a hard time concentrating. Also is very bad at understanding other races.
What do they look like?: Tanned skin, short beard, blue eyes, often wears a cloak. 
Anything else you want to say about them?: Kumez practices magic, but is not very good at it yet. His family has always praticed Om'echan as thier religion.

Unfortunately your application has been denied. Below are suggestions I have listed that you should implement into your application before reapplying.

 

Your character cannot practice or have any sort of advanced knowledge of magic unless you create a magic application which can be done after you find a teacher when you are accepted onto the server.

 

Describe your character in more detail. With what you have said I do not really get a good picture of how he looks, thinks, and acts. Add onto that and explain even the minor details. They can help a lot when describing your character in general. Painting the reader a picture when listing the tenancies and personality as well as look of your character can be an enormous help when trying to understand what your character is.

 

I do think you could expand on your biography. It is not bad but it could use some more detail throughout.
