"By the Decree of his Grand Majesty, Grand King Thorin Grandaxe, the first of his name, ruler of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, and the Kingdoms of Salvus, Savoie, Oren, Karakatuan and Adunia, Slayer of Skarux the Alpha Dragon of the North, Holy Protector of the Human race and Liberator of the Elves and Halflings,

 

it is firstly decreed that the Dwarven Church begin construction of more Burrows for the other clans, due to the only Burrows being: Grandaxe, Irongut, and Goldhand. It is further commanded that the Archbishop construct individual  ‘tomes’’  of each Dwarven Monarch with the flag that they had served under.

 

It is Further decreed that the new Dwarven settlement of Adrol is to continue the road system that connects to Kal’Azgoth. Coal will be funded to help in the construction.

 

It is further decreed that the ‘Great wall’ located near Kastoria, is to be de-constructed and harvest for materials for the Grand Kingdoms treasury, along with the Settlement of Brom’ka. "

 

It is further decreed that the Grand King, with the absence of the Dwarven head-Rememberancer Wulfric gone, Grand King Thorin will be temporary in-charge of the history and keeping of documents.

It is futher decreed, with many of the lords about or having already taken absence, any Lord wanting to leave may leave someone to fill in as their representative, this does not mean they will inherit any of the powers of Lordship, however will speak for the Lord on matters if he is absent no a journey (or a wedding).
