I have donated twice, first time to gold and now to diamond and I was not added as a gold member on the forums, I was in game but not on the forums. Same goes for diamond, and my profile pic isnt any bigger either. :/ Could this be sorted out please

Adding on to what Cappy said, only admins can update forum ranks, and they can't exactly always be on top of that. Just post in that thread and an admin will be within in a few days, hopefully.
