Issued and confirmed by his stalwart majesty of the north, King Edward II of the royal House Winter, sovereign of the Kingdom of Herendul, the crown authority is hereby raised to medium.

No civil wars between vassals to the crown will be permitted, punishment for killing another citzen of Herendul without warrant from the King will result in a trial with maximum penalty of public execution and desecration of corpse, bannerforces will be further inspected for quantity and quality of training, reports of industry and progress within their demesne will be required from the vassal lords by the end of the elven week, and the threats to our borders will be addressed by a combined council of lords.
