Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?: - I have roleplayed both in and out of Minecraft, from Dungeons and Dragons to Warhammer.

Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - Yes. I have been on the Hollow World server, as well as Stugaces' Romecraft server.

How did you hear about us?: - I saw a video on youtube about a year ago, I believe? I was accepted before, but I guess the list was reset - So here I am reapplying!

What do you think the server will be like? - From my past experience, I imagine it will be much the same. A massive world with hundreds of unique and interesting players to interact with.

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes, I do.

What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - The "Villian Application" requirement is fantastic - And I think that all RP servers should have it. Too many people think that being a "Villian" is an excuse to go and screw up all the good RP because "its what my character would do."

What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is a way of acting out and being a part of a story. The most important rule of which is to make characters that fit a plot, not a plot that fits your character! (In my own opinion.)

What’s metagaming?: - Meta-Gaming, taking information from Out-Of-Character discussion (OOC) into the In Character (IC) dialogue.

What’s powergaming?: - Power-Gaming is to be Over-Powered in one or more skillsets, such as..
(As an exaggerated example..) "NOPENOPENOPE! YOU CAN'T KILL ME BECUZ I
HAVE A MAGICAL SHIELD, SEE? I'M A WIZ@RD N00B!".. Exaggerated, but
still, it's happened to me before..

What’s your character called?: - Gregor Blacksalt

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human

What sex are they?: - Male

How old are they?: - 36

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: - Gregor Blacksalt has for the majority of his life, been a family man. Back on the small farm on which he was raised, he had no hopes or aspirations other than to find a nice girl to bed and to fill his belly with some warm mead. At the age of 16 however, a tragic accident involving a lantern and a rearing Stallion caused the entire farm to be burnt to the ground. With nowhere to go, he travelled to the heart of Renatus and found work wherever he was needed. Spending a few years as a mate aboard a merchant's vessel, he quickly learned the life of a Sailor. In fact, it would seem that he was even better on the seas with a rope in his hand than that of a farmer with a hoe. Two years ago however, he found himself without work after a pirate incident releaved him and his fellow crew of their livelyhood. Now, he is nothing more than a begger with dreams of a life better than his own.

What are they like (personality)?: - While a bit short tempered, he is quick to learn from his mistakes, even if he will not openly achknowledge it. Being a man with his entire life torn from him by the age of 26, he has a deep seeded desire to rise in rank but a severe lack of connections or motivation to do so.

What are their ambitions?: - Gregor hopes that one day he can return to his old life style, and even surpass it if he can. However, being something of a realist, he cannot truely believe he will get far in his poor life, but a man needs to dream, doesn't he?

Do they have any special skills?: - His long life as a farmer and sailor has conditioned his body for a rigerous life and because of such is particularly beefy in his chest and arms.

What are their weaknesses?: - Used to a life in the fields and on the seas, Gregor is extremely uncomfortable in enclosed spaces - Even if he won't admit it.

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Gregor has a toned, rugged complexion with thick arms and legs, with a squared off looking frame like that of a soldier. His salt and pepper hair is almost always ragged, although his beard appears to be fairly well kept.

Anything else you want to say about them?: - Gregor has a strict moral code despite his hard life - always believing in honor and difficult to sway.
