You will become a Recruit of the Watch, and trained by the Serjeants and/or specified trainers. For now, please ensure you pick up a Uniform from the Guard Headquarters, there is a uniform waiting for you. Feel free to put it on and report for duty as soon as you wish. Richard / Mikhael 95 Share Posted September 15, 2013 Richard Marthall yanked the prisoners cuffs, anger clenching at his throat. He dragged the couple to the cells, and threw them into the dark, dirty, excuse for a jail. "Damned fools. All of 'em." Veronia Withershade had broken the law, once more. And her husband aided her in doing it. Now they're paying for it. He cast a glance back at the couple. Edmure had blood spilling out his mouth as he spat out broken teeth, while Veronia curled into a ball, murmering words of innocence. He squinted his eyes, scanning over the sorry excuses for prisoners. Richard pointed at Veronia, "She'll hang come dawn." A stifled groan. He pointed to Edmure, "And you'll watch." Cries of mercy were shouted at him as he turned and walked out of the jail and into the lobby of the Guard Headquarters. He propped his feet up on the desk, and shut his eyes until the rooster crowed morning. He got up, rolling his aching shoulders as he made his way to the cells. He yanked Veronia out of the cell, her shouts and cursing doing nothing to hinder Richard's idea of Abresian Law. He led her out into the courtyard, already a few tired guards getting up from their slumber to watch the execution. Richard pulled her onto the gallows, and wrapped the noose around her neck. "Veronia Withershade. You are hereby sentenced to death under Abresian Law for your crimes against Abresi and her people. May Godanistan have mercy on your sou-" An arm snaked around Richards neck, pressing a knife against it. "She's my sister you bastard!" Rydan, a disgruntled guard, attempted to slit Richard neck open to stop the execution. The dumb bastard didn't even know that Richard was wearing a mail coif as he made the 'killing' blow. Richard elbowed him in the gut, and wrenched out his knife to make short work of Rydan, the now dead and disgraced guard. "This is what you get when you disobey the law!", Richard shouted. I suspect quite a few of the current guards to be inactive. I'm going to be sending PMs to those I suspect of being inactive, and see if we can work things out. Should you be inactive as a member of the guard for a prolonged period of time, you will unfortunately be removed from the guard force. I do return items when players leave and ask me i told them if i log out with a players sword/items i confiscated i tell them to ask me next time they see me unfortunatly i was rolled back for some random reason and i lost the 3 swords i was given i am willing to pay for the losses of each player 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
