I was going to do a blog, but LOTC blog isn't good for what I want. So instead I'm making just a post which I will be adding onto. These are events that I help out or create, mostly on the spot. Oh, and if you want to request events, go right ahead, I'll take ideas from it and perhaps even make it.

The Headless Horseman Has Come!

THE_HEADLESS_HORSEMAN_by_Pirate_Cashoo.pby Pirate-Cashoo

((A joined event prepared mainly by Timelord_Lalve (TheFactCore), and I assist. I play the skeleton horse that transports the Headless Horseman. A horseman needs a horse))

[13/10/2013]

A mute blacksmith was seen in the people of Anthos at the gates of the Cloud temple. The man seeked help, he wrote of a tree and noises that came from it. The first travellers appeared and were guided to the tree. There laughter filled the air, so the group decided to gather more men for what was to come. Seperating they started to travel in search of help, and were quite successful, in the end a small army gathered. And so they made their way back to the acursed tree.

Many started to look all around it, and trying to burn it, yet without success. Then more laughter, and more. Unnatural wind forming around the tree. The men and women looked around searching for where the noises came from, until green fire appeared, and from it a pumpkin came. Another fire, and from it a headless body. Jumping high the body reached to the pumpkin and placed it on where his head once was.

The ones there prepared to attack, and so they did, but the headless man jumped high evading the attacks. From the hilltop more noises came, cracking noises, and whistles as the wind passed between the bones of what the fighters could now see as a skeleton horse. With another jump the Headless man went to the horse and mounted it. Green flames appeared once more and consumed the Horse and the Horseman, making them disapear into the night.

Seeing what had happened, the men tried to destroy the tree, which they believe was the cause of the appearence of the Horseman. Axes were used, magic, but the tree was only gazed. They continued until green sparks appeared from where the tree was striked, and from the sparks, green fire. Soon the whole tree was consumed by those fires, those that tried to step close being burnt, but the tree remaining undamaged. Hopeless, the travellers left.

The Horseman prepared it's first attack in the high elven city. Appearing on the rooftops with it's horse it came down, and followed a frieghtened high elf. They stopped at her house, and the gates were locked, but the windows open. The headless horseman went in, and captured the high elf. With the aid of the horse the high elf was taken to the gates, and there... decapitated.

Green lightning passed through the skies in Anthos, the Headless Horseman had found it's first head.

[16/10/2013]

The laughter of the Headless Horseman is heard at the gates of Luminaire. A druid and a Medium are the first to see his fake pumpkin head. Then the hoofs of the Skeleton Horse are heard coming closer. It appears in the road, and the Headless Horseman jumps from a tree to it's side. With his sword already drawn, it lights in green flames as it is hit against the horse. A fight would begin.

The headless horseman heads towards the druids and motions to the Medium for the horse to attack. The horse rises to his back legs before charging, the first one missing. It continued around the shops and went around to strike once more. But the medium was prepared this time, and made a powerful attack with an axe at the horse's skull. A loud crack was heard as the skull broke, yet the horse did not stop, and the medium was sent flying back.

More fighters appeared as the Headless Horseman was thrown into the ground, and the Horse had it's skull cracked, it would seem that their end was close. Loud and strong cracks were heard from the horse, the skull was coming back together. The Headless's fake pumpkin head was attacked, falling off and it's body stabbed, but it doesn't seem to have been defeated. The horse charged at those attacking the Horseman, gaining him time to once again return to combat.

The Horse continued running, this time inside the gates, there it attacked anyone who was in it's way. When it came back out of town, the Horseman was once more on top of a tree. The Horse did a last charge to those present, before stopping for the headless Horseman to jump to him. Once more they rode into the distance, being surounded by green fire.

[18/10/2013]

The Headless Horseman goes to attack once more the city of Luminaire. A short lived attack, as the guards were around. But it wasn't the guards that stopped the Headless Horseman, but Blundermore the Wizard. The Horseman seeks to gather the heads of the powerful, and Blundermore is of the most powerful there is.

Nothing more than an attack by the Headless Horseman was done, while ridding on his skeleton horse, it charged at the Wizard. But a guard was able to defend the wizard from any damage. This gave time for the wizard to create it's magic, while the other guards kept the Horseman busy. It had to flee.

While the guards would be easy to kill and destroy, Blundermore was far too powerful to confront this way. With lightning coming from the sky, it hit the Headless Horseman, which started burning with green flames strongly. Soon it went up with the lightning leaving nothing more than a ring of green flames. The beast was outmached.

The Gamer Creature

((I made this event as I went with it. It started only with a voice on the roofs, then it developed onto a short story and event with a baby zombie running around really fast attacking people with a knife))

[14/10/2013]

A voice appeared from the rooftops of new Abresi. It asked those around if any wanted to play a game. Confused and expecting fun, some of those around decided to accept such game, but when the voice asked which game they wanted, the ones present let the decision fall on the creature. And so it was chosen, the game would be a hunt.

The unseen creature and another would be the hunters, and all others in the city would be the prey. A hunter kills it's prey and that was the game, a hunt. The game started and those involved no longer thought that the game would be fun. The other hunter was actually into the game, as he drew a sword and placed on a mask. Panic appeared on those inside the city, and many fleed it. While those that stayed dealt with the hunter who joined in, the creature finally appeared.

It was small, very small, but very fast as well. Having a sword, which for normal humans would be a knife, it run and jumped very fast first attacking an armored man. As quick as he attacked, he also jumped away and moved back. Only moments were those that he stayed behind, until he attacked again stabbing someone's side. All others tried to fight the small creature, but it was too fast. It never stayed still unless when in safety. It climbed the gates and there he awaited. They tried to climb after it, but were attacked while on the ladders. In the end, it escaped once more to the roofs, and disapeared, saying that he would come again to play more games.

[16/10/2013]

This time the creature appeared in Brom'ka the home of the adunians. Like before it walked around the roofs speaking to those below, wanting to play a game. It talked and talked, and others were gathering together. Even a child was present and a pregnant woman. But then it came the time, where the men said that games were for children, if they were for children, the game should be played with children.

Scared most likely, the men took the child and pregnant woman into a house, but unknown to them, the creature followed, and awaited. It awaited for them all to leave the house, until no other than the child was inside. And then it came to sight of the child.

Opening the door quite slowly, it made it's way inside, and then it closed the door and locked it using a knife. The game had to happen, and so the Creature walked inside, and asked the child which game to play, which she allowed for the creature to chose. It was dangerous to let the creature decide, oh so dangerous. The creature decided for a cooking game, but there was no food around, then the only thing to be cooked was the child in the room.

The Creature came closer and closer, and the child fell to her knees quite scared, and shouted for help for other to save them. And her father came, but when reaching the door, it was blocked shut, but no time to think. It went through the window, breaking it to get inside, and looked at the creature so close to his child. Anger filled it's face it wanted to destroy it, but the creature was already to close, and another knife pointing at her.

Others also came to the aid, and the creature said simply, that the fire was weak and that their weapons could make it stronger. Most of them were thrown inside, but the adunians had other ideas, they sent a wolf from the back to attack, but wolves can not think. A wolf attacked and attacked when it shouldn't, the child was stabbed by the knife, as the creature was pulled. Not long could the wolf hold onto the creature, as it quickly cut it's nose, then jumped to the wall, and from the wall around the room, running quickly for the exit, to hunt a town once more.

The Adunians quickly came to the child's aid, and took her to a healer, what luck she must of had, to survive such a predicament. The creature was heard once more in the roofs, but it did nothing more, not for that day at least, as the games were over.

Apperances of the Skeleton Commander

((This is a creature I play for the antagonists. Simply being, the commander of the weaker minion forces. I play him as a Wither Skeleton with golden armor.))

[14/10/2013]

A raiding party went to the north, such fools they were. What they seeked, no one knew, but as soon as they were spotted in the cold lands by one of the Black Scourge, many were gathered together. The outsiders went and hid inside a cave, but soon the Northern beasts found them. They collected at the entrance and awaited for orders from their lord. From outside the cave one could hear orcs, and others, and soon, loud cracking noises of bone and metal.

"Who are the foolssss that came to ssssseeek death?" The eary voice came from the entrance of the cave. More of them, the mortals started regretting coming to those lands. They prepared, nocked their arrows. Soon the orders for killing were sent. Blue Fireballs were sent inside the cave, exploding and causing extreme coldness, then the others advanced. The mortals fired their arrows hitting a few, but one of them did not seem to take much damage, and as he came closer with it's bright golden armor, the cracking of bones would be more apparent. The one in the Golden armor was not a mortal being.

A quick fight occured, the troops of the Black Scourge coming victorious. The Skeleton Commander stood on top of a fallen warrior, pointing the sword down at him. The master, which did not participate in the fight appeared from behind. To his men, he ordered one of the enemies to remain alive. "Thisss one issss to be ssspared" the Skeleton Commander said. The man tried to fight it's way out once more, swinging his blade at it. The blade went through the armor and into the body of the Commander. Loud cracking noises, the sword halfway inside the beast.

"Sssssuch attackssss are worthlesssss" The creature said, just as another knocked the man out. The man returned from consciousness, bodies strewn about him on all sides. The stretch of his hand to steady himself met with a severed head, the pained expression of hopelessness still spread across the now lifeless face. The cold voice of the Commander is heard as it exited the cave "Assss comanded". With clothes now more bloody than not, the man made his return to civilisation, met with screams of horror at the broken figure hobbling across cobblestone streets.

(A thank you to [he doesn't want me naming him...] with the last paragrath. That is clearly not my writing :P)

[17/10/2013]

The adunian people were happely enjoying their night in Brom'ka, most still asleep. Yet freezing winds started blowing through the town, unnoticible dark clouds gathering in the distance, blending in with the night sky. Those awake at that time, did not take much notice of the winds, just a colder than usual night. It was at sunrise that the dark clouds started to be noticible, and only then that the adunians started to realise something was wrong, but it was too late. The Black Scourge was entering the town.

Through the river, the powerful wraith like beings froze the water, allowing passage to the footmen to enter. Through the town they spreed themselves, killing or capturing those who stood in front of them, as comanded by the Wraith like creatures. Amonst them, a cracking voice was heard, as the skeleton commander made it's way inside as well. Those already captured or in a fight he ignored, and carried on. A warning from another of someone on the roof was heard, and the skeleton commander could only turn and stab upwards, as the man jumped down stabbing through his chest armor.

The man wasleft injured, and the skeleton commander with a sword through his chest. The man had to keep fighting the others around, and so he did not witness what happened. After a few minutes, a large cracking sound was heard from the corpse of the skeleton commander, the armor staying the same, but the bones seemed to be moving inside. As one would thought, stabbing a skeleton would not end it's existance, soon it was once more standing, gripping it's weapon once more. With it's attacker now frozen by one of the Wraith creatures, and with the shouting echoing the town, other adunians continued to appear in outside their houses, many just woking up and without armor.

The great fights continued on for hours, until the sound for retreat was heard in the heads of the Black Scourge members. None of them had lost their lives in that battle, and they had killed many, and kidnapped a few others. In the end, as the retreat was being made, the skeleton commander still had time to bite hard on one of the defenders face, taking some of the flesh with him out the town.

The attack was over, but the death and destruction stayed in the town of Brom'ka, home for the Adunians.

[18/10/2013]

The winds were cold in the entrance to the North, the survivor from the group that ventured there before, had returned. He came with another, but this time not to attack but to investigate. With white robes to hide in the snow, they made their way in, careful to listen to anything.

As they ventured inside the lands, they found something that was not there before. Stones on the ground formed the shape of a pentagram, yet it was crooked, and unfinished, yet the stones were placed recently. A sound echoed in the sky, "Fassssster!", the voice of the skeleton commander was heard, making orders.

The two spies ventored further in, seeking where the sound came from, but careful as not to be seen. The voice took them to the same cave the man had previously had his comrades die in, and inside it, many shadows could be seen. Slowly and carefully they made their way in, and hid. Around the fireplace many minions were working, noises of hammering coming from them.

"Fasssster you foolssssss!" the Skeleton commander shouted. The other continued about the same, hammering down. Irritated the Skeleton Commander left the cave, the two men hiding in a bit of fear of being discovered. They spied a bit more and noticed that the other skeletons were shaping stone. "Even you are ssssslow! Fasssster!" voices came from outside, together with cracking noises and metalic shrieking. The men hid once more.

The Skeleton Commander came with another Skeleton, this time it also had armor, yet not as much as it. In one quick motion, the Elite Skeleton broke one of the minion Skeleton into pieces, and took it's place. In one move it was able to cut the stone to the right size. "Grab the sssssstonessssss and move out" the Skeleton Commander ordered, and so all the others did. The Elite grabbing quite a lot more than the weaklings.

As all of them left the cave, the Skeleton Commander looked back inside. The men cowared in fear trying not to be seen, and lucky they did not. When the Skeleton Commander left as well, the men started to look for something, yet could not find it. Voices once again echoed from afar, not of the same beast. They went to investigate.

Many Skeletons were working in the Pentagram, and a robed figure was shouting orders "No no! This goes there, and that goes here!", the Skeleton commander just watched from the sidelines. "Now we need a sacrificing table in the middle! Work faster! If this works we'll have a powerful new weapon! Now I need one of the Red Stones!" the skeletons continued to work as another armored man appeared. They didn't attack him, must be an ally. "I'll need bodies, many bodies!" the robbed man continued to speak, something evil was being created there.

Soon the robbed man left, and the skeletons kept on working, nothing more was interesting to watch and so the men made their way out carefully.

[20/10/2013]

A group of elves moved pass the entrance to the north, they were with Blundermore the wizard. A few skeletons guarded the entrance but no match for those that came, armored and prepared. They entered the cave of Aruzond.

They stayed there until nightfall, some of the warriors fighting the small number of skeletons that appeared, without much difficulty. One was on guard at the entrance, when noises were coming closer. He could only react by turning around and seeing the Skeleton Commander fall from above on him. After the inicial attack, the Commander moved slightly back, one of the Elite Skeletons coming closer as well.

The Skeleton Commander sent a loud Screech into the sky, and the Sketons starting coming together from afar. Yet, they did not seem to be attacking, but defending, stopping the group from wanting to go further into the north. Blundermore's magic created a bright light, the skeletons staying back, the Commander stayed closer, until one attacked. He was quickly sent back to his group by the power of the Commander in those blessed lands where he was stronger.

The group with Blundermore in the middle, keeping the minion skeletons back, made their way out of the North, and none in the army of Wither tried to stop them. They were protecting the north of the event that would soon come.

The Thieving Bat

(This idea came after I lost a very useful magic book to Blundermore while dying for the antags. I spoke with Blundermore and it was agreed that the book would probably serve no purpose in his hands, so he allowed for me to steal it from him and create an event out of it.)

[19/10/2013]

After a fight against the members of the Black Scourge, the Skeleton Commander was defeated in combat (was a simple kidnapping attempt, not much of an event to write about). Inside the chest, between the ribs, a small book existed. The defeater of the Skeleton Commander was the first one to notice, and was able to obtain the book.

Blundermore the wizard came close to the remains of the Skeleton commander as well. The skeleton's armor and weapon were removed, but the book seemed more interesting. A small notebook, but fully written in. Drawings, symbols perhaps? And a name of "Dark Mana Tome".

Blundermore took the book with him as he read it, and while speaking with other Malinor officials about it, a big, head size bat appeared. It did nothing more than stare at the group, but one member decided to shoo it away. At first the bat just moved to another location, but soon it seemed to be offended by the shooing. It flied to the book and grabbed it with it's feet claws, and pulled it. Blundermore taken by surprise, couldn't stop it, and lost the book.

And the hunt began, many of the Malinor officials saw the bat as a beast under the command of the north, yet it was just a fruit bat. While the bat was resting one of the members in Malinor grabbed it. The bat was strugling batting it's wings and scratching. The man releaced it, and it was caught by a girl next. The same happened, but this time the girl was trying to protect the bat from the others, but the others only wanted the book.

In it end it could escape still with the book. It ran into the aviary, where the men tried to look for it. The birds startedmoving and flying because of the men going up the tree, and the bat ran away. It got lost in the city of Luminaire.

The bat continued it's travels and decided to take a rest in the forest of Lenniel. There once more it was attacked so that it would drop the book, this time with rocks being throw at it. It moved a bit back into the forest. There while the female dwarf tried to continue throwing rocks, a cleric came closer and feed the bat a golden apple.

A bit scared at first the bat finally started eating the apple, and the cleric tried in no way to grab the bat or the book, it just feed it. After the bat finished eating the apple, it covered itself in it's wings and let itself swing upside down on the branch. The book was no longer in it's reach. The cleric petted the bat a few times before taking the book.

(The event was simple, to get the book, you could not attack the bat, or try to grab the bat or book. You would have to feed it. It took a while but happened :P)

The snowman attack

(I was asked to make an event at the dwarven capital. So I did the most stupid thing, a snowman attack.)

[20/10/2013]

It came from nowhere, it just appeared. It shouted that he was the snowman, and lots of snow started leaving it's body. It build a snowfort, and said he was the ruler. He asked for who would join him, and then attacked those who didn't with snowballs. More and more snow appeared to the dwarves all around, giving them a chance to create snowballs themshelves to protect and to attack.

The fight took long, and the snowman started flying. From the air it threw snowballs, and from below the dwarves threw at it. The dwarves needed more snowballs, so they started destroying the fort, the snowman pannicked, that was where his power was. It tried protecting it but soon it was gone. It continued attacking but soon was hit by many snowballs.

It came to his end, and he fell to the ground. More and more snowballs were thrown at it before it covered itself in snow, and exploded. Snowballs flew everywhere and started falling from the sky. The attack of the snowman didn't last long, but it was a worthy opponent.

The rat infestation

(An event for the dwarves, they wanted a fight.)

[21/10/2013]

Rats had been seen before in Storm's Crossing, in their new capital, but no Dwarf has ever took much notice to it, not until this day. First only noises of many feet moving in the walls were heard, the dwarves starting getting a bit worried. Then noises came from the meat store. Many rats had been eating all the meat in that shop, the dwarves were very angry and started killing the rats they found, as they had eaten their meat.

Some of the rats were easily killed, but the meat was gone, but the rats were still hungry. They came out of the shop and started to attack the dwarves, they were still hungry wanting to eat. The first wave was small, easily defeated by the dwarves. The walls were filled with noises of the steps of the many rats still around. The dwarves placed on their aror and prepared.

From the holes in the walls, the rats started to come down the walls, from the stores, from the rooms. They attacked the dwarves, and the dwarves fought back. The dwarves couldn't hold them, they had to fall back as they fought. They placed traps, burning the floor to gain some time and heal the wounded.

Whent he fire was gone the fight continued, more attcks were made from both the beasts and the dwarves. In the end dwarves took back their City from the many rats, but some noises still were heard, maybe soon the rats would attack again.

A Performer of the Mind

(This is a long event I'm starting slowly, it is based on a performer with magical abilities.)

[24/10/2013]

A few specks of light were seen hovering in New Abresi. As a girl commented on them, a voice came from near it, accepting the compliment. Out of thin air the green haired elf, with strong blue colored clothes appeared. He started to entertain the girl with the specks of light, until someone who behaved like a puppet appeared and seemed to be frightening the girl.

The Performer looked at the man, fully covered in clothes. His eyes started changing color and going a bright red as he stared at Puppet man. He calmed the girl down saying that the man was only a big puppet, and rose his hands to him. Strings started appearing and straightening from the puppet man, and the Performer seems to remove two very weird colored piece of woods from no where, to which the strings connected.

The performer makes a slight movement with the piece of wood, as if pulling a string, and the Puppet man moves acordanly. The puppet man moves more with more movements of the Performer, and a question is asked as to what the puppet should do. Dance, was the answer of the little girl. And so they did.

Pulling the strings and waving his arms and hands around, the Performer seemingly made the puppet man start dancing, and after a bit, in the middle of a twirl, the Performer releaces the strings and the wood, they disapear from the audicence's eyes, and the puppet man falls limp over the girl. The girl gets scared and runs, but all others start clapping.

The performer says his thanks to the ones around, and comments that the performer could have not been done without the man playing the puppet. The audience was a bit intrigued by that, the puppet was a man? While they looked at the puppet man, the Performer seemed to vanish.

----

A chicken snorting like a pig entered Luminaire, what a weird creature. After some around gathered, the chicken actually started speaking. They were so intrigued, it seemed to speak to them without even opening it's bick. Then the chicken says that they should look back, because behind them, sitting on the roof of the well, was the Performer.

The Performer intruduced himself and asked for what the public wanted to see. Hearing no answer, and being told by a guard that throwing knives would not be allowed, the Performer settled for a story. He moved once more to the top of the well roof, where he made himself disapear in a cloud of smoke.

The story was told, a story of three elven siblings living in the time of Aegis and fighting against the forces of Iblees. Pumpkins, paper, fake arrows, and wooden arrows were used in ther performance. Even shadows moved and the pumpkins grew wooden arms and legs and fought the shadows and black smoke.

At the end of the sad story, the croud clapped, and the smoke disapeared once more revealing the Performer inside. To end this day, he spoke of the talking chicken once more, and as it appeared and all placed their eyes on it, the Performer seemed to disapear into thin air.

Sync felt his legs quivering as he watched the Headless Horseman hold up the severed head and let out a BELLOWING sadistic laughter before vanishing into thin air. Never before has Sync felt so powerless and confused.

Right in front of his eyes; a man was beheaded without any warning, or reason.

((I met the Headless Horseman the moment I logged into LoTC this morning. Needless to say; my character was frozen on the spot as it seemed unfazed by three men trying to tackle it down. Inspired fear on the Month where fear should be respected. ))

I actually play the Skeleton Horse, not the headless Horseman. But I know that The Fact Core will be happy to hear that you enjoyed the event.

Loche looks back on all the events Jistuma has run, while sitting on his throne made of bones, sharpening the talons of his gauntlets. "Ja, good times, no? All the fighting, and the blood... The glorious blood..." He murmurs, setting the first gauntlet down, and withdrawing the second, beginning to sharpen it's talons as well. "The Skeleton beast who dared look me in the eyes... I remember him well... Quite frightening, yet he himself seemed fearful as the forces crashed down upon him like water from a broken dam." He sets the last gauntlet down, reclining in the throne. "Good times... Very good times...".

((Love your RP Jistuma, it's honestly amazing. I miss Tamara though ;-; she would be proud of Loche now~))
