New district - Laurelin South!

I am just letting people know, that the development on Laurelin South is progressing at a rapid pace. There are already numerous houses and platforms for sale over a large spectrum of prices and sizes. The area is still under development so you can expect it to change quite a bit, this will generally involve making it more visually pleasing. You can expect rough house prices of:

On the floor:

small: ~2,000 Minas

medium: ~3,500 Minas

large: ~5,000 Minas

*You can custom order a house and we will make it to your specifications, extra charges will incur)

Platforms:

*To be discussed on demand (talk to the High Prince)

If you wish to buy a house talk to the High Prince or me ((in-game:Slayer)) and we will be able to help you out! (If were not extremely busy, there is a lot going on)

N.B:

-The house prices are determined relative due to market demand for supplies, size, position, extra features, and other minor factors) They are all quite cheap though!

-We can build houses on site so if you do not like any of the existing ones, come find us, find a place to put it and tell us how big you want it!

-There is possible extra charge if the intended residence is to be made into a shop

-There are extra charges for a second story, approx. 1,000 Minas (changes with size etc...)(most houses can support a second story ask us for assistance)

-There are charges to extend houses downwards (due to space, permissions and mining sites) approx 1,000 Minas for each extra sub-floor level (this will be the price for access privileges into the mines below if you wish to create a mine shaft)

-If a sub-floor level or mine shaft is descended without the necessary funds payed you can be evicted from the premises.

-There are house price fluctuation of approx. 500 Minas for the different sizes (this is for a basic house with no extras).

-All house prices can be discussed on an individual basis relative to position, size and materials etc...
