Christopher looks in doubt at the poster, his quill in his right hand, and the poster in his left. The family de stolistes did have caused trouble in the past to his far relatives, but Beltran never was reported as hostile by the house nor members. With a nod to himself he pins a piece to the poster

 

 

"Dear Beltran,

 

We are looking for land, and possibly a county. We would be happy

to let you build our county for the reasonable price, if it comes to existence.

Maybe we could discuss the matters of both our families afterwards.

Beltran sucks his owl pen nib and frowns a little. Dipping the tip of the feather into an ink pot, he places his wrist onto a parchment and starts writing in the customary Red of his firm.

 

"Dear Christopher,

thank you for your offer but I'm afraid I have to decline. As we have a current project in the building, and as  we are only two, we cannot currently accept nor fulfil your request. Though we cannot, presently, we would be delighted to accept your request, in the future"
