"I have plenty of iron bars, I'm assuming you mean the ones used for gates? Come to the Claxdon island off the shore of where Greymarsh used to be and we will talk a price. If you do not know where Greymarsh was, head to Abresi and head left as the main gate, follow the wall until it ends then follow the hill around, you should be able to see the island from the shore ((If render distance is set to Normal or Far.))
