  1. ╔══════════════ ☨ ══════════════╗ A MESSAGE TO THE HAESENI Issued by House Fellowmere in the Year 2022 ╚══════════════ ☨ ══════════════╝ Dear people of Hanseti-Ruska and allies. I am writing to you today to spell something out for you; you are not safe. I had little interest in this war until now, in fact, I felt pity for many of you, but now you have personally brought my family pain, and now I will bring it to you one hundredfold. Look to your riverways, they will be filled with the blood of your fishermen and pioneers, I will haunt them like a rabid flounder, brutally ending the lives of your kinsfolk one by one. Nor will I act with honour, for the honourless deserve nothing less than guile and shadows. I will follow only one law, not the law of your land, nor the law of my land, but the law of the sea. You will be brought down, damned to the Locker. The rivers shall run red, and the oceans will feast on your bones. I expect you to flee like wee minnows in a net, you are cowards, fighting only when you have an advantage. Try and kill me, try and stop me from enacting this vendetta of mine, I dare you. — Sincerely, Captain Cornelius Fellowmere Patriarch of House Fellowmere, Gilgorgenston Merchant-Navy Captain

  3. ————————————————————————————————————————————————————— House Fellowmere is Recruiting ————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Greetings. I am looking for a few friendly folks to play members of my up-and-coming human house. We are nautical/sailor-themed and currently own a small lighthouse “vassal” in the river dividing Norland from the Pontifical States. Our current goal is to grow the family and hopefully expand the lighthouse area into a sort of naval barony/river march. My character is the current Steward-General of the Pontifical States, with the family being staunchly loyal to the Canonist Church, our other member/co-founder, @Titanium430 playing a priest. Titanium and I are also willing to make any joining members custom skins if that is a concern, so do send me a message on Discord (norgeth_) or reply to this post if interested. I would be happy to discuss or give more information if asked. [!] Skin Examples —————————————————————————————————————————————————————
  4. "I can understand a good party. . . but this theme is offputting to say the slightest." said the Steward-General, Cornelius Fellowmere, with a raised brow during his morning read up on what the vassals of the Pontifical Government were doing in the everyday. He proceeded to file away the public missive as he does all of their sort, returning to work.
  5. Cornelius Fellowmere sat at the table within his home on the Isle of Fellowmere Rock, the Captain reading over the decree with a firm nod of agreement, though combined with a mild worried look toward his western window. “Hrmmm - I deeply hope those whose tribe is addressed shall find wisdom and faith in their hearts, lest they turn to rage against the light, becoming the very darkness that all of us, even they so very dread. . .” The Steward-General stood up, going to lock his door before stepping back to the table, “Brother has a key, he will be fine” he assured himself before reclining again to smoke his pipe.
  6. The Wandering Wisecap, a Gnome of great knowledge and whimsical power scanned over the document, nodding "Hrmm — Tis es guud, oi ahm proud ov moi student" said the little fellow before waddling away.
  7. “I really do prefer the Gilgorgenstonian Ell, though I suppose others within the Pontifical States having their own measurement systems is fine. . .” mumbled Captain Cornelius Fellowmere as he reached for his ellwand, smiling “I should make more of these — perhaps I could also reach out and discuss possibly publishing an official unit conversion sheet, just so all can know what each measurement means to another.” said the Steward-General, nodding.
  8. ⋅───────────⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───────────⋅ Nonus Directivum Concerning Barns and Farmland ⋅───────────⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───────────⋅ From the Desk of CAPTAIN CORNELIUS FELLOWMERE Steward-General of the Pontifical States At the pleasure Of His Holiness, HARRENTZEDEK Papa Fleeperus Primus High Priest of the True Faith ⋅────────⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰────────⋅ Be it known that all barns, be it for the production of leather goods, woolen products, or otherwise, at the publication of this document are under the following taxation and rulings: 25 Mina each Year/Saint’s Week. Half a crate (32) of the produced leather, wool, or other farm goods each Year/Saint’s Week. All barn blueprints are to be inspected before construction, with such buildings needing to adhere to proper structural rulings made by a registered architect employed by the Pontifical States. Let it also be known that every farm, field, and mill is hereby required to: Send a tenth of each harvest to the Holy See to ensure citizenry proper access to food in case of drought or famine. Maintain themselves and remain properly harvested to ensure their productivity lest hands lie idle and fields overgrown. Keep a certain standard of visual quality as dictated by a registered agriculturalist employed by the Pontifical States. These rulings and mandates are in effect as of publication and will remain in place until reevaluated or discontinued by the Pontifical States Government and Steward-General. ⋅────────⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰────────⋅
  9. “Very Good. I am happy an agreement was made to at least meet and talk civilly” said Captain Cornelius Fellowmere, Steward-General of the Pontifical States as he read over the document, placing it aside on his desk to continue his work.
  10. Captain Cornelius Fellowmere smiled Gilgor's Grin from his tax desk as the Steward-General said, "Excellent. . ." he then went back to counting the piles of tax money.
  11. This is a good step forward +1
  12. <——<——————————————>———> FISHING UP FAITH A FELLOWMERE COMPANY INITIATIVE <——<——————————————>———> One should always feel obligated to give what he can to further the work of the holy mother church and its many acts of charity, instruction, and righteous governance — this is why the Fellowmere Fishing and Shipping Company has begun a corporate initiative that we call “FISHING UP FAITH”, wherein a portion of each year's prime catch is relegated to being sold for the sole benefit of the Holy See and Pontifical Government. All profits from “FISHING UP FAITH” locations go directly to the church and its treasury. The Fellowmere Fishing and Shipping Company also allows customers to order specific fish that we will try our best to acquire for you. What about WHALING you ask? We are happy to try to oblige any order and if offered a reasonable sum will likely organize a whaling trip during the correct season to satisfy our clients — Again, any accepted orders made can be designated as under the “FISHING UP FAITH” initiative, meaning all profits will be donated to the clergy and their honourable duties upon Mont Citron. (All orders must be designated under this initiative before being accepted lest the order be considered commercial in nature.) Contact Captain Cornelius Fellowmere ( Norgeth_ ) via Aviary to request more information or to place an order.
  13. "One step at a time — one step back to tradition" spoke the Frankish Elder known currently as Argyorix the Sage "More work must be done however, more steps taken." at that, he strode off, gnarled staff in hand

A CHAINED DEAL ᚛ᚈᚒᚂᚌᚐᚏᚈᚆ ᚈᚆᚓ ᚉᚆᚐᚔᚅᚓᚇ ᚈᚔᚈᚐᚅ᚜ [!] The forsaken Titan, Tulgarth chained upon the mountain Tales of Tulgarth the Broken had always been and remain a central part of the Hazûmic Mythos, with the chained titan being one of many secondary spiritual deities that those of Hazûm believed governed their mysterious homeland and the very world alongside the ever-present Mugmar. The Elder Legends say that Tulgarth was once a wise and powerful figure associated with giving the wisdom of the Otherworld to the first mortal shamans, priests, and voices, with him being imprisoned, chained upon the mountains for this act of kindness by blackhearted spirits, enemies of Mugmar and his sons. Bor, a powerful spiritualist, knew this, and after consulting with his fellows, decided to travel to the Otherworld to seek out the chained titan himself. . . Upon reaching the lands that Tulgarth was chained upon, Bor’s travel was continually halted and disrupted by the age-old curses the enemies had placed to stop Tulgarth from being found. First, the mind was confused to become lost, then the body became frail, unable to move quickly, then the will was broken, encouraged to doubt. Bor was stubborn and struggled, fighting these vile trials as he trekked up the steep hills that led to his destination. Finally, at last, Bor found who he was looking for in the desolate mountains, Bor had found Tulgarth. The Voice of Mugmar bartered and spoke to the ever-injured titan, discovering that Tulgarth could not be freed, nor his pain truly made null. Yet in his dealings, Bor agreed that in order to relieve his deities' suffering, he was to make the dark and evil share in it. . . After the deal was made and the powers brokered, Bor returned to the mortal plane with a new goal in mind.
  15. Ermenald Brighthelm, Squire of the Order of Saint Emma read the missive from within his family home in Beznov. He tried very hard to wrap his head around how this man could possibly be of even remotely the same house and lineage as his Liege, the noble and just Count of Aldersberg, yet he found no reasonable answer “Uhh huh - Quite a strange one this is, acts like a pig to slop, expect with titles instead of vegetable peels. . .” spoke the confused man before setting off with his day.
  16. FROM THE CANONIST SECUNDUS MINOR BULLA PRIMITUS Issued by Archbishop Mundoberht | 1997 FOREIGN EDITION TRANSLATED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE TABLE OF CONTENTS 1: Opening Prayer 2: On Repurposed Temples 3: An Aevosian Colony 4: Closing Prayer 1: PRAYER FOR THE IGNORANT ANCESTORS Though ignorant, they held virtue. Though impious they strived for good. Let the honest ancestors dwell in your skies. Let them learn of your glory even in their death. This we pray to you Lord GOD Almighty. 2: ON REPURPOSED TEMPLES It has come to the attention of those of the Archdiocese that several heathen temple complexes and sites of impious worship have been claimed by our valiant warriors in the quest to purify our homeland of Tuhrosweyk. It is appropriate to issue a general warning to those intending to re-use or sanctify these monolithic structures for the worship of our Lord GOD - Do NOT enter or attempt to utilize them for holy purposes unless a priest has properly dealt with and destroyed any lingering heathen iconography and or artifacts of devilry. To pray in an unclean temple is a matter of great danger, as any invocation of our holy GOD’s name can and will anger any remaining occultic spirits, possibly leading to injury and death to parishioners only seeking to peacefully worship the one most high. The Archdiocese recommends that even after such artifacts and symbology are destroyed and the complex sanctified as a place of goodly worship that a fine misting of holy water is spread across the chambers weekly for at least one year, this simply being a precaution to clear out any unclean influences that may seek to reclaim their former home. 3: AN AEVOSIAN COLONY It is only just that we make a public announcement stating that a small working colony has been established in the lands of Aevos by our very own Archbishop Mundoberht. We welcome any and all poor and impoverished migrants seeking a new life to travel the lonely sea and establish humble lodging in this camp of Sterhwog, newcomers who work hard are to expect rewards and a chance to progress where they otherwise would not in traditional Tuhrosian society. A general warning to those planning this perilous journey, the lands of Aevos are quite different from Tuhrosweyk, with vastly differing geography, culture and technology - Prepare to be adaptable and understanding of these differences. We’d also like to thank High Priest Ro'eh Tzon for the land that is being settled, it is by GOD’s Vicar that we have obtained this wonderful opportunity. 4: PRAYER FOR THE HOME We pray for the home. We pray for the hearth. Our huts and hovels maintained by your holy will. Our houses, our homes are your home o’ GOD.
  17. Archbishop Mundoberht read over the missive with a smile before setting it down to continue work within the primitive yet pious encampment of Sterhwog “Ah guud leadah ahn ah guud choice, oi should talk toh teh Duke Euler soon” said the Cavemannish Clergyman, going to set out after his work was done.
  18. A Xobian presence stirred from half past the sun and quarter past the moon, deep within the spiritual planes “Narash, uk - Amat? The mortal shows promise” boomed the unknowable whimsy “Truth is irrelevant - I am the Impossible, I am Ilztûzantar” echoed the lesser spiritual being, planning, plotting. . .

  21. FROM THE CANONIST PRIMUS MINOR BULLA PRIMITUS Issued by Archbishop Mundoberht | 1992 FOREIGN EDITION TRANSLATED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE TABLE OF CONTENTS 1: Opening Prayer 2: News From The Front 3: On Idolatry & Sehwol 4: Closing Prayer 1: LITANY OF PERSISTENCE Time is my friend, it is the enemy of my enemy. I wait for their fall, I wait with patience. Even if my life falters, the holy faith persists. GOD is eternal, we & they are not. 2: NEWS FROM THE EASTERN & SOUTHERN FRONTS Begining with good news from the eastern front - The Diabolic Maze known as the Cave of Eyes has fallen under the control of the valiant warriors fighting for our cause. The once evil infested eastern cavern system was under the control of a Warlock named Tomir the Torturer alongside his cult of demon worshipers but has recently been scourged by zealous fire and sword, their numbers reduced to naught but blood and ashes. Along with this, the cave has been found to be a rich source of tin, another valuable resource to be used by the faithful in weapon production and metallurgy. Next - from the southern front comes sad news concerning Pious Warlord Seghtorm, a recent yet goodly convert to our cause and a great ally in the south of our home of Tuhrosweyk. The honest chieftain had been hosting a feast to announce his victory over a small heathen village when his brother brutally slew his own kin and many of his most important warriors and family members - apparently this brother Borm had lied during his baptism, remaining a pagan who communes with the heretical spirit-gods of the unconverted southlanders. Borm has taken control of Seghtorm’s village alongside his band of dishonest cretins, they will pay and suffer GOD’s justice in time, however with the loss of that important stronghold, the southern front’s advancing assault upon the impious has greatly slowed. Lastly, Remember that GOD wills our victory, Tuhrosweyk will be liberated and made holy. 3: ON IDOLATRY AND THE WORSHIP OF SEHWOL It is important to remember the past, and many of our zealous northern kin once worshiped the heathen sun god known as Sehwol. It has recently come to our attention that some otherwise pious followers of GOD have been using old Sehwolist methods of burial, including the keeping of skulls and idols to act as reminders of the deceased. This is an unacceptable method of burial and results in great displeasure from those now in the skies - we will be advising all corresponding tribes and villages about the proper burial procedure while ensuring that the compatible traditions remain in place. 4: PRAYER FOR THE DECEASED WARRIOR GOD, I pray to you, guide my friends and family to victory against the evil one, and if they fall, allow them the goodness of the skies. May the blasphemous fall and their strongholds claimed or crumbled, their foul idols burnt to ashes - this I pray to you o’ GOD, Creator of all that is holy and just. AMEN.
  22. Myrddin Cobblepick nods silently as he read over the letter, offering a reverent prayer to Dungrimm before setting off - Work had to be done…
  23. ᛞᛖᚱᛘᛁᚾ ᚾᚪᚱ ᚹᚢᛚᚦᚱᚢᛝ ᛁᛖᛘᚳᚪ ᛞᚪ ᚪᚾᚳᚩᚱ ᚠᚪᚱᚪ GAMES OF GOLDEN GREED ᛞᛖᚱᛘᛁᚾ ᚾᚪᚱ ᚹᚢᛚᚦᚱᚢᛝ ᛁᛖᛘᚳᚪ ᛞᚪ ᚪᚾᚳᚩᚱ ᚠᚪᚱᚪ Issued Year 191 of The Second Age by Priest Myrddin Cobblepick. Grimdugan teaches us that greed is good, it drives us to further ourselves and our hordes, to better our people and gain wealth and power for the clan and kingdom. However it is also the duty of all Khazad and allied folk to trade amongst each other, be it material wealth or even wisdom and knowledge, and in these deals we are made stronger, the vault growing evermore. In this vain, it is logical to assume that GAMBLING is an activity that honours both of the Merchant Brothers, those being Grimdugan and Armakak, with the gambler always seeking to grow his horde, using the act of trade and the exchange of wealth to achieve such. I, Myrddin Rodrimsson Cobblepick will be hosting a worshipful gambling night in honour of the twin Brathmordakin, taking place in close to four stonedays in the Tavern of Kal'Kladian — may the Brathmordakin smile upon us, giving us favorable odds and great winnings! All allied groups to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan are invited to participate and are reminded to bring objects to sell, bid and barter with, for trade and the exchange of goods is encouraged! Visitors are reminded to be respectful, any violence or insult will result in expulsion from the games, with your portion of the pool forfeit to the Kirkja Dverga. NARVAK OZ BRATHMORDAKIN! NARVAK OZ URGUAN! [ON THURSDAY, THE 1ST OF AUGUST, 4PM EST] SIGNED: MYRDDIN COBBLEPICK, SON OF RODRIM, SON OF HYVATH, SON OF MYRTHURN, IZBAD OF COBLYNIR, PRIEST OF GRIMDUGAN & THE KIRKJA DVERGA

This alone would be greatly concerning and gives me great dreams of grudges and vengeance, both as a priest, and as a Khazad — however, this grievous insult and attack by the heinous and damned did not occur just anywhere within or outside our fine city, but within the very temple of the Brathmordakin. A response is needed. . . I, Myrddin Rodrimsson Cobblepick call for a meeting of the Kirkja Dverga to discuss potential ways to defend against the foul ghosts and amalgam spirits that wander the dark corners of the world, this meeting is to be public to all kingdom citizens, for we as Khazad, are stronger together than alone and cloistered, however all temple-goers will be tested for Khorvadic affiliations, as the vigilant are the wise. Secondly — I urge the legion and kingdom to begin testing visitors for the Betrayer’s influence and to allow the priesthood to test and question anyone deemed suspicious, even if already thought free of corruption. Lastly, I will be seeking to scribe a grudge in our sacred tome, I suggest those of pious heart and soul to add their names into the book. We are Yemekar's chosen, and the balance must be upheld! NARVAK OZ BRATHMORDAKIN! NARVAK OZ URGUAN! SIGNED: MYRDDIN COBBLEPICK, SON OF RODRIM, SON OF HYVATH, SON OF MYRTHURN, IZBAD OF COBLYNIR, PRIEST OF GRIMDUGAN & THE KIRKJA DVERGA
  25. Myrkazdin of Clan Bokkazarak nodded as he read over the missive, the honest Khazad Miner still firm in his support of the king and his council - “Teh Grand Kingdom es ah holeh state, teh king ordained boi teh Brathmordakin ahn teh Dwarven people. Eht es nae acceptable toh seek ah kings removal wit’out great popular support.” spoke the Cobblepick to his brother Tudazgul as they stood in the mines @Titanium430
