The Holy Canonist Church was aware of the reported intercession and warning from an alleged Aengul and began an investigation into its claims and into the origin of the alleged Aengul. Sadly before our investigation could be completed or the intercession looked into properly, the Vasoyevi published a letter demanding action and issuing a call to arms against the Azdrazi based on the guidance from Gavriil. Witnesses claim that an alleged Aengul calling himself ‘Gavriil, The Aengul of Salvation’ issued a warning and demanded arms be brought against the Azdrazi. We therefore summon all members of the clergy to present themselves to this ecumenical council, it will be held within the Augustine Palace. The purpose of this ecumenical council is to discuss the legitimacy of Gavriil and his warning to the Vasoyevi. We expect all attendees to maintain a level of decorum and respect for each other. We, as a collective, are not aware of the dangers that wander around us, waiting for us to be hit by any catastrophe that could destroy our integrity, security and trust at a given moment. Yet, no evil can or will ever succeed in belittling or destroying faith in any way. Many attended Abbey’s reconstruction, which showed that faith always survives. SECTION V We are aware, like any reasonable person, that doing certain actions also means being held criminally responsible for them. However, I would like to add here that ignorance and defiance towards the Holy Mother Church was present, which never represented a good image to the rest of the world. To clarify, when a person is treated as a perpetrator of a crime, a crime that violates Canon Law, it is our duty always to understand and patiently interpret and judge a person fairly for all crimes with understanding and patience. However, disobedience to the Church is a high price to pay, which was hopefully realized by Edward Napier, a person excommunicated and anathematized for his misdeeds and disobedience. Church officials, myself included, have noted that Napier's status has not changed, which is very worrying after the excommunication and anathematization, which according to Canon Law states the following: Book V, Title IV, Chapter 5 - Excommunication: §5. An excommunicant is not suitable for association or fraternity with the faithful, and they are engendered to shun and reject them except where there is extreme need. Book V, Title IV, Chapter 6 - Anathematization: §1. The purpose of anathematization is the protection of Canonists from sinful organizations, individuals, or doctrines. §2. The form of anathematization is a prohibition on Canonists from associating with, professing, or supporting the subject of anathema. §3. That which is anathema is judged to be contrary to the promotion of virtue. It is in the best interest of His Imperial Majesty John VIII to take seriously the message of this text of mine, and to seal the career of Edward Napier once and for all, for that is truly what is right and at Godan's command. Faith has never lost, so it won't now. SECTION VI Being in such a relationship with pagan rulers that you don’t need to think about whether you will in any way violate the integrity of your nation or their, in other words, neutral relations, are alright and are actually splendid for most of the places that exist today. To be united with one's partner forever under the guidance and light of GOD is to be truly blessed. To bear children with your partner is one of the best things that could happen to a person in their lifetime, a parents' love for their children is unmatched by most others. Therefore we must treat marriage and the birth of children as sacred and not to be taken upon so lightly or wantonly. It saddens us greatly when somebody ignores the Lord’s teachings and the laws set forth by GOD and his Church in order to pursue a lustful endeavour. The Lord was clear for it states in the scrolls not to lay with another from another tribe - this refers to other races such as dwarves or orcs. We can not fathom what would make a sane man sleep with another race other than blinding and uncontrollable lust. Despite guidance and warnings from the Church, a man named Edward Napier continued to pursue his relationship with an orc female. Edward Napier was unashamed of his miscegenation, happily and gleefully breaking both imperial law and canon law. Edward ignored the guidance of High Pontiff Jude II and the Orenian courts to turn away from this lifestyle and his orc lover and yet he refused to do so - spawning two half-breed children as a result. Godan, having created us, created everything around us that we can see. One would wonder how much power He possesses, a power that is greater than the power of any emperor or king, ever, and of anything that defies Him. With His Holy power, we were created, and among all of us there are some people who have stood out, who stand out and who will stand out in some way in the future. To start listing people who have had an impact on something in the world that has changed the course of our lives, we would not be able to do so within the scope of this letter. Yet, those who have turned people to the faith and who continue to do so should be commended. And now, dear brothers and sisters in faith, we will turn to the south, in the direction of a place that simply shines with faith on the south side of our bountiful realm. Grand Duchy of Vasiyeva, a place that is one of the pillars of our faith in the south, although under a pagan ruler, is one of the places that cannot be described in words, both because of its beauty and because of the people and their orientation towards Canonism. By fulfilling the expectations of the Church, the people of Sava proved the surrender of their souls to Godan and the Holy Mother Church, in the same time, their devotion to the Canonism and all that is Holy. Godan is happy for us who do everything we can to secure our way to the Seven Skies through prayer, faith and mutual love, and this can be confirmed by the people of Sava. Without further ado, what the people of Sava have been waiting for for a long time is the approval of their Veziak rite, and so after a few discussions and meetings with my most knowledgeable Curia, We came to a conclusion. SECTION VI We write this declaration from Our most Holy Office with sorrow to hear of such an incident in a union of two young people. CAROLUS OF CARRENHALL – BLACK RAVEN Patron Saint of Selfless Service, Protection of Children, and Sacrifice for One’s Family. Carr, or Carolus, was born on Athera in the far north where the Slesvician peoples once called Scylfing or Gorundyr originate from. His was a simple birth amongst the tribes most of which were subjugated by the Imperium soon after. While many tribes still held steadfast in their old ways and refused imperial rule some integrated and cast away their past. It was so that his family happened to be integrated, moving to the imperial capital of Petrus of which he called his home for most his youth.
