OMENTAHU SUMMARY A Message to the Nevaehli Written in the 236th Year of the Second Age To the People of Nevaehlen, On the 9th of the Grand Harvest, an Omentahu was called to discuss and vote on some changes to our community. The purpose of this missive is to educate the Nevaehli who were ne there on the changes going forth. The first change, which was voted in unanimously, is that all Greenblades are now required to serve in our military, the Halerir’elame. This means attendance will be required at training going forth, and I shall speak with the Eldiraar on what that will look like. The second change is the removal of the Elpuerith, The Scribe, position from the Vira’estel. This seat has gone empty on our council since it was last held by Leyu Sylvaeri, and in this time, we have discovered that it is ne needed. While only those topics were brought to vote, there were many other discussions held. The community talked about how Nevaehlen has changed since its days under Miven, and what that means for us going forth. How has our identity shifted, and what changes must we make to reflect that? The Chromaweave was also brought up by Baelenorn, the Starlight Druid, who educated us on its most recent activity along with Lenore, the Spring Druid. It is growing in size and ability, and all Nevaehli are advised to stay away from the Hollow unless in a prepared group. It has the ability to enter our minds through our gifts, so do ne cast your spells near it. Jun-Lei is a vassal of one of our allies, Koyo-Kuni, and this Hollow must be stopped before it corrupts more of Nature. TREATY OF ANTLER AND TUSK The Treaty Between the Isle of Nevaehlen and Krugistan In Effect as of the Year 233 of the Second Age Preamble The contents of this passage shall serve as the peace and defensive agreement between the Isle of Nevaehlen and Krugistan. Both parties signing this pact declare adherence to its terms under oath of blood, honor and soul to our respective deities. As such, the details of this treaty are listed below. The Isle of Nevaehlen and Krugistan agree to uphold the peace between their realms and their vassals and to resolve disputes between their lands amiably and honorably. Krugistan recognizes The Isle of Nevaehlen as the home of Druidism, and will ensure that the teaching of such within Orcish lands shall not occur unless approved by The Isle of Nevaehlen. Both parties agree to the free movement of trade, and the exchange of narcotics and herbal remedies. Krugistan agrees to view Kharajyr within the borders of the Isle of Nevaehlen as citizens, and therefore not to aggress upon them within their land. The duration of this treaty shall last until one or both of the original signatories have passed, where both parties will reconvene to discuss the renewal or development of the relations between them. hey I’m Juno! I lead Nevaehlen on my character Sonna Vulnrith!

I am not sure my personality has changed much since becoming NL, but I have begun to have put planned rp on my Google calendar so I don’t over schedule. I feel crazy getting an event in 30 notification while taking the bus home from class. I think leading any nation is difficult, especially at first. With any big change, there are going to be people who are happy and people who are not. It’s been a big challenge navigating that, while also having had to deal with the Crusade that happened immediately after me getting NL. On top of that, there are so many important world events going on that my character is called to participate in, and that I want to participate in. It gets to a point where its difficult to juggle all that irp, while also having to juggle a lot oocly. AND I’m finishing college. LIKE DAMN. So definitely the biggest challenge so far is how busy I am. However, I will say I also find being an NL very rewarding. I enjoy leading and political rp, so the role in itself is actually quite fun to me. I know I probably didn’t make it sound like I enjoy it above, but I actually really do when the timing is a bit better though LOL. I do love the role though and the roleplay that opens up from it. I have never played an orc or a dwarf (yet, i have plans for both), and I have only played one human which is Isabel the Fallen Keeper of Xan. Even if I played any other human, she would still probably be the coolest. Of my many elves, easily it's Sonna. She is the character I joined the server with so she has the most lore and I have been lucky enough to have some truly incredible experiences on her! My fav is when she saved the life of a Norland King @Qaz_The_Great

Sonna I feel like listens to very cozy, indie alternative music, maybe even folk! Hozier is a good example of what Sonna would listen to! Isabel listens to The Strokes, and other similar artists. She is definitely into "dad music" and alt rock. Vallei listens to music that is sad but beautiful. She is a Mitski and Japanese Breakfast stan.
