It's time to go back to the roots of scouring and combing through actual artwork on Pinterest or other art board websites to find things that suit your aesthetic. Other players pour a lot of time and effort into finding good decorative pieces for their post. AI art is unwelcome in a community that is so intertwined with actual art and pursues the idea of creating things ourselves. Plus, you can find some really interesting art collections out there and look further into the artists who created them. Your posts have potential but you'll create more memorable RP by putting your own words and thoughts out there, not chatGPT's.

Put the whimsy into the magic lessons! I highly recommend any teachers to have fun making it character centric, throw fireballs at your students, make them do creative things rather than just combative ones. Even if they're experienced players, memorable roleplay is always nice. (looks at my current voidal student.. bats my eyes)

One Sythaerin has just barely began to check the local news, missives, and the like. The shock of reading Lenniel's name was so strong that he lifted the blindfold from his eyes. "LENNIEL?????? ISNT SHE ONLY 10??" .. because to the 'thill, the passage of time is incredibly hard to grasp. An uncle can't bare to imagine her as anything beyond a wee child.

I'd like to repeat the sentiment that the system is flawed with how long it takes for harassment cases to result in any actual consequences, where the offense has to be repeated and reported by several parties.

-1 The lore justification doesn't work, maleus and blood magic are compatible to the point there's an entire marriage piece involving using maleus to enchant items. I think ensorcelling a grimoire is kind of a nothingburger rather than an ensorcellslop issue - which is usually for when people spam combative ensorcells. It's a cool thing that not many people do to begin with. If I could go back to the magic I would probably ensorcell it with infernal BM to make my grimoire incredibly unnerving to be near, or to be weird and misty. It's more or less extra flavoring through BM, grimoires are already meant to be cool and mysterious. BM Ensorcelling adds to that. Maleus' corrupt nature does not mean that it's incompatible with BM. Currently accepted lore states quite the opposite, that maleus amplifies and bastardizes blood magic to new potentials.

This looks really interesting, I'll give it a full read and feedback later. update: I forgot to ever come back and actually write a reply here! But I really like this piece. I think more support/defensive focused magic could be good. I do wish it played a little more with the idea of performing small miracles, like say.. when an archer never seems to run out of arrows. Not that a spell like that would work well on LOTC, but the motif of small, easily missed miracles is interesting.

good bait. 1. @TheWyrdWolfthank yew for dragging me into stuff all the time, on the good guy side and bad guy side. 2. I've been thinking more about Squawk's answer during the CT meeting about what makes LOTC special, and I think there really is something special to how player action drives the outcomes of most things. There's some lessons on being bold enough to pursue goals in character, and having friends that encourage you too that I've appreciated learning. happy lunar new year as well!
