Greetings friends,
Lord Of The Craft as we know, is strictly an RP server.
And many of you have shared your woe's about players breaking character, blending In-Character with Out-Of-Character, breaking rules and lying to try and "win" and being just downright unfair.
This hasn't gone unnoticed,
One of our administrators "_Shoi_" has been writing up her very own In-depth guide to RP-Ettique specifically for Lord Of The Craft. Which will then be attached to the application process and players may refer other players to the guide, to show them just what they've done wrong. ( if at all )
While she has been doing this, I have been writing a script for a youtube video I'm going to record this week about how to get started playing here, what to expect, rules to remember and what your options are.
With these two outlets, rule breakers and new players will have a better understanding on how to play on our server and how to act when taking on the role of a character.
I want to stress the fact that it is what you make it, and If we remember to dissociate ourselves with our characters while remembering the expectations of others we can learn to enjoy truly immersive RP.

We plan to address many of the issues that players get banned for in a polite, and constructive way so that those doing the wrong-doings will see just how much better it is when you allow yourself to disassociate yourself with your character, remember that there are far more pleasures than Minas / status and partake in RP that doesn't have to be overly dramatic and life-changing.
May Malin guide you.
