We've studied a little of Aristotle's theories on knowledge, although a lot of what we've studied is modern philosophy (Kant, Locke, Malcolm, Plantinga).

In response to zaezae - anything with an emphasis on writing. Journalism, is a big one.

I ready some of Kant and even less of Locke haha and zaezae, yeah another big one would be law school actually.  Personally I plan to become a professor of philosophy.  Also Locklathlan, if you haven't read Plato's Republic, you need to!
