    The main area being regioned is what drives people to the wilds. I thought the plan was to have the mainland unregioned, like Aegis?

      Maybe, if people want to build on land within the regioned areas they should do what makes RP sense and ask the region owners permission. E.g The king/queen/regent? Asking gets you a long way.
