    As per the rules...regarding this ban report on Mediocre, there's nothing in the rules that states it's required to say you're going in on a PvP..the only thing really stated is that the attacker must make their intent clear.

    Can this day honestly get any worse? I get on the forums to post that my computer's hard drive is fried and find out Mithas tried to effing kill himself.
