  1. "Now who put this here...." *picks up the tome and begins reading carefully.
  2. [OOC] MC Name: Domainoft Skype Name (optional): Domainoft [iC] Name: Leyu'Maehr Age: Old Race: Elven Chosen Profession: Wholesaler Are you willing to learn other professions in the future, if necessary?: I'm always happy to learn new things. Oath: “I, Leyu'Maehr, do swear in the name of Malin; that I will uphold the Mali’lumi ethic; that I will practice and espouse nonviolence within Malinor; that I will work hard to promote the betterment of Malinor; that I will not deceive or steal from the West Malinor Trade Company.” *Added at the bottom are a few other details I wish to supply you with new things to sell. Specifically Swords hardened with special magic, Tomes on various historical subjects. And a few other odds and ends I can reproduce on a schedule as desired. Meet with me and I'll show you my wares. I don't have the time or desire to run my own business, and greatly wish to find a respected vendor to display my goods for a share of the profit.
  3. I don't suppose you could let us know what the total number of enchants released is? I hate too think that I might find them all some day and keep wasting emeralds attempting to find more when there aren't any. Likewise....I could try hundreds of combinations only to have them added/implemented later without a clue. And have to retry all the awesome patterns again. Not sure if you even could tell us how many recipes total there are...I've found some that work with Diamond Pickaxes but not Gold ones....or Iron Swords but not Wood...Very complicated, very awesome to master.
  4. True, but I'd rather have a method of naming them that doesn't bother the GM team with such trivial things. It is not uncommon to name any weapon, even those that are not magically enchanted. And something I have always considered adds to a characters flavor.
  5. When you say "one for fishing" I assume you mean unbreaking? I look forward to creating my awesome "Nat Pagle Extreme LotC edition poles. P.S. And Idea I thought would be interesting to add. What if we could use nametags to name enchanted items....Is this even possible with a little coding? I'm sure every master enchanter would want to add a custom bit of info or name to their work just as authors do.
  6. Quick question if your still here and watching Spory....Did you add enchants for fishing poles.....I'd really love to find them specifically and I doubt many others are even trying for them. "No one seems to like fishing anymore :("
  7. Live Tech Steam? You mean like the one they announced will be today? HAZZAAA
  8. None of this is really relevant in 4.0 with all the races being so close to each other.
  9. If your population is that low, perhaps your not ready for a Emerald Pillar yet. We should have some minimum number of active players before Green pillars are given out. I would not punish the little halflings without the same warning to other races. If the Orcs numbers fall below a certain point, I'd expect all sorts of nasty creatures to begin inhabiting their city, ruining the purity of their pillar. Perhaps as a nation they would die off completely if no one was willing to play as their race. This is the side effect of everyone wanting to play only where everyone else is, instead of creating something to attract others toward them.
  10. What your experiencing is one of the layers of Aura that manifests as a semi-physical byproduct of mana overproduction. As Elindor has pointed out the existence of Aura is used in several different forms of magic already. This doesn't mean you can not use the term to describe your magic, so long as it follows the general rules of the others as to not create a paradox. There are a few IC experts on aura if you have the patience to find them it might help you describe your own abilities.
  11. *Walking past the desk Leyu spots the men finishing their applications, with Jonathan reviewing them.....Looking over his shoulder she speaks softly for him to hear. Though I am not a Regent, I would certainly approve of more members. Our halls grow quiet as of late. And it has been a while since I have had the chance to teach an Orc.
  12. Or count neither, A price to pay for being not one of the 4. I'm sure the halflings and High Elves have more than enough VIP's in their ranks to set up Red Pillars...When we start making exceptions for some, we open the door for all. Nothing personal against either subrace.
  13. I'm not sure I understand, but in either case this thread could probably be closed and restarted. The comment quoted above was made Before the change to PvP Default to all and the removal of the MA process. Without the restrictions that were in place, any number of mages are free to come and go as they like. Regardless to the existence of a Magic plugin, Although half of it is still valid, as when the Magic Plugin is released, expect to see a new surge of magic users.
  14. 1. I should tell you more about Auramancy sometime now that I am less restricted from doing so. 2. Best answer, +Approval.
  15. Agreed with Lago, Only the 4 capitals should have greenstone pillars. If another city, fort, guild, or make believe nation can't find a member to join its ranks willing to use their Red pillar...they will learn to love the scenery as they walk to their establishment.
  16. Working on the Isle of the Wisp. Excited its so beautiful.

    1. Sporadic

      Sporadic

      sounds awesome!

  17. I'm a bit confused on the process, If you create a mending potion "Tippens Root over Vial of Water", Do you then take that liquid solution and place it in the vial section and then add more ingredients, Or do you place a new blank water vial and use the mending solution as an ingredient.......Or Do you need to start with Tippens root and all the ingredients in the first attempt. Sorry I was unclear earlier when asking this. Also, Does it matter the order from left to right in the ingredient selection which comes first? Like Primary ingredients first then secondary...ect...ect.
  18. *Reads the sign about the new bread and goes off to write an epic song of many wonders which began. "Ya Toast"
  19. Although it should be noted, Aerials Isle of the Wisp, is not found on this map. Happy Hunting.
  20. My thoughts exactly.....Hmm now where Have I seen that before......I wonder if Blundermores flying tower is up for a little "Ram Speed Ahead"
  21. *Sends a message to the tavern "I have a few interesting dishes you might enjoy, come visit me and I'll let you try them." -Leyu'Maehr Oracles Library Ac'Talarah Keep
  22. I'm no Dwarf, but what if you used one of those MC giant ravine's for your entrance. It looks natural, still lets in a bit of light from the surface and still fits with your dirty "diggy hole" scheme.
  23. *The books fall from the sky on the remote Isle of the Wisp where Leyu now resides in her work. "Interesting, It would seem that despite his age and tragedies. The light still shines brightly. Hope is a fire not so easily extinguished." Goes back to work cultivating the trees for the wisps new home.
  24. I speak on behalf of another who would like their character added. Crysh Irongut 5'2" Light Hair Middle Aged and still strong with soft eyes. Crysh is the first of the Fist Miners, An ancient reawakened art in our time. Being such in combat he would the aid of his water magic evocation in close combat along side his martial abilities. Used to the front lines of the mine and going into small spaces that pickaxes could rarely be used in. He would show fearlessness to the enemy in greatness seldom seen. Before his final breath one last smile could be seen for all the ladies he loved, and all those he had planned too. ((Hopefully this is good enough for your purpose, I tried to talk him into coming back to play for a bit, but at last this is the best that can be done for now.))
