It's no problem, our characters just read them as "Fantasy" writing the same way we read Warcraft.

Would you have a problem with me finding a copy of this book In Character? It's very good and I try to bring the good LotC novela's over when possible to my library's.

I could count the thousands of books I've written in-game and out...but that doesn't really seem necessary. It's been a long time since I applied, and I'm sure the standards have changed quite a bit. But from reading comments left by AT members, and seeing the applications change as they progress from Flat Denials toward total Acceptance, I believe I understand well enough what is required. Why you want to be an AT member? I already read nearly all the applications I can, and help those through /h whenever possible. I have been on the server for many years with a firm grasp of current events as well as Historical lore. I have always tried to be a motherly character toward the children of the races, it only seems natural to have the mother at the door when they first arrive. P.S. I love you all regardless of the difficult choices to be made, many great candidates have shown them-self for this round of AT membership, I have placed +1s on many of their behalf. Regardless of who is chosen I believe this server is still the greatest and only getting better.

^Agreed, They need to put forth more effort into learning the server rules, and lore. And much less effort trying to create a character that will most likely be 99% Different once played on the inside. If they still wish to create an amazing character before playing, at least they will have the correct lore to do so.

Nature of the bug: While holding an Enchanted Golden Staff and carrying several emeralds, I right clicked a double chest to open it....and BLAMOOO got blasted heavy taking 8-10 damage, and dealing AOE damage to a friend "Not so" near by. First occurrence: Approx 9:30 EST 1/21 What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally If I remove the emeralds I get the standard "Reagent for this spell required." Frequency of occurrence: As many times as I clicked the chest...I imagine It could be done rapidly to cause death...Although I didn't dare test such. Are you able to reproduce the bug: Unfortunately in my sleepy state, I did reproduce it several times....Once to see what happened....and Twice because I naturally switched back to my staff "I usually use my stone staff to open things and carry around" I Still love you, and looking forward to the seeing the whole Plugin.

I try to promote players to write down there history as they go along in the server, "not with much success" I have yet to find a character who sticks with their story for longer than a few days. It seems like a rather large "Although interesting to read" hurdle which only real purpose is to allow us to view the quality of their imagination and English writing skills. Both of which I think can be done in a much easier way. Most players know very little about what is going on in the server, so naturally their bio's are made up tring to pick a word or two from lore to connect their story in...often times revision is needed on application simply to correct certain elements, or make a character sound more "Dwarfy" if they are attempting to create a Dwarf. Perhaps a form of Quiz on lore, or a test designed so that even if they look up the answers from previous applicants they will still learn the bare requirements to join. We could even add Extra quiz's based off Plugins, Racial information, Ancient lore, Professions, and National History's. I think even a modest amount of our current players would benefit from a little more reading and a little less "Slashy Slashing"

You could try, but without the evidence it would be difficult to actually ban anyone, as evidence is required for that too. Just because a book says trolly things, does mean the author should be banned. I have written and created copies of many books most would find useless and many more that simple appear to be useless but with a greater purpose.

If anything let us hope Sporadic can add a log entry for items being sold some other way than publicly. So that it'll serve us both long and short term. As for the book.....I shall hold you to that agreement....do you accept installments?
