REGARDLESS; players who have a VA should be checking that section for REGULAR UPDATES. It's your job as a player with a VA to do these things, you agreed to it when you made the the VA.

  Alright case in point on the app itself, it says have you read the rules. Then asks if you are sure. If you truly read the rules then you would know the rules can change at anytime. Which would indicate you should check back periodically. You argue that you never agreed. Which in itself is a falsity, as your App, is stating that you read, acknowledge and agree to the rules.
