      It's more your CPU and RAM for the processing of both outgoing packages. (One to your screen, the other to livestream). Internet connection would make it lag, and reduce anything you play that involved connecting to the internet constantly, however it shouldn't reduce actual computer performance unless your CPU has trouble handling what your doing x2.
