    Any cure for this extreme boredom? I log on to LOTC for only 5 minutes to see nothing special go on. I just walk around in hopes of finding RP or something of meaning only to find very little people in a city online. I can't RP much anymore because of it.

      Chainmail (if in a full suit) will be better as all the metal is closed, where in a plate suit there will be gaps between the plates. :) But thanks. Just wanted to know if the lightning was special. Like being a 100% plasma lightning or something like that. :P

      Yes. The energy from it would heat up the plate. But it would be that killing until you had melted the armor and making a new better path for the electrons to travel.

      So it doesn't follow the principles of a normal lightning? Lightning is just electrons that wants to get from point A to point B the fastest way possible. It's called a faraday cage, it would not touch the inside of the armor, but try to look for better ways to reach the ground etc etc.

      If one was to be suited in a full suit of chainmail with some proper clothes under, they wouldn't really get hurt, only from the heat the electricity generated (unless we're dealing with extreme high voltage)

      Alrighty then. I'll just ask here. What type of lightning? And does it follow physics? Because if so you would be able to completely resist a lot of lightning spells with chainmail.
