it's just a game, people having obnoxious or toxic attitudes hardly effect me and i'd hardly say "I brought this upon myself". Assuming your speaking of the playerbase collectively, then they both brought this upon themselves and consented to it. The little degree of control the average player has is in dynamic roleplay, and when that 'privilege' is taken away, it leads to things like the Oren exodus.

This makes absolutely no sense, how long is this admin forced armistice supposed to last? until "we feel like it?" Human-dwarf tension is going to remain both IC and OOC and removing any and all rp associated with it certainly isn't going to help. Dwarves are constantly attempting to provoke Oren, I believe one of the first hostilities started as a result of a failed dwarf ambush in kaldonia. Whether the instigators were a minority or not, the dwarven government failed to address the atttacks and let it escalate out of control. Not to mention, many humans harbor resentment for dwarves IC due to the numerous aggressive wars they initiated against Oren, as well as many dwarves maintaining a xenophobic nature matching that of radical humans.

I believe he's referring to the declarations of war upon Oren after the establishment of Carrion rule and the massive government reforms that came along with it.
