  1. Borikdan is convinced by the magnificent spectacle that is Dwarven propaganda that his entire life has been a lie and his role models are actually his oppressors.
  2. Borikdan coughs up his Carrion Black™due to the sheer arrogance of such a letter. How the dwarves could forge such a long piece of propaganda while producing such little truth baffled him. "They cite not a single true example of his Holy Divinity's tyranny, just as the rebels do; they merely repeat the lines 'He is tyrannical' over and over again in an attempt to make us believe it. By Godanistan, such madness! Such meaningless banter! They consider themselves above the sovereign rights of man! I do not know how much more foolishness I can take before I have great stroke of death."
  3. Character Name: Borikdan Godzimir Minecraft Name: killnanimas Skype Name: chicago.ted11 Rank/Position: Kraltan Priest (OOC) Only) Submission to official doctrine? Y/N: Y
  4. Borikdan frowns upon hearing the news. "So the rebels are willing to sacrifice the sovereignty of Oren, along with their own dignity, in order to grasp the title of King?" He downs another mug of Carrion Black™. "The rebels likely know that they do not have enough support within Oren to justify their greed; they must seek out help from the dwarves who wish to turn Oren into their puppet."
  5. Borikdan was there to witness the passing of the noble orc. He was one of those who were killed in the cataclysmic blast that will be sung of for generations. Oh, the travesty; when Gorlekk's neck was cut and **** spewed forth from the wound. Oh, the inhumanity; when Gorlekk propelled himself forward with the power of what would be ten normal men's prostates toward the unfortunate guard. Oh, the infamy; when Gorlekk's **** covered the city of Abresi with a stench that will never be truly gone from our hearts (and our noses).
  6. ((By pursuing the course of 'Violent Uprising' in order to put into place policies that you feel would be best for Oren (Assuming that is your IG goal), you set a precedent for various fringe political parties "Hey, we don't like how things are going, we should REBEL!", as opposed to using more civilized political channels, such as voicing your concerns to those in charge, holding petitions, or peaceful protests. Due to the fact that it is impossible to PK a House, I predict that unless something is done we will be stuck in a perpetual state of rebellion or war.)) ((Unless, of course, that is what you want.))
  7. ((The only people who don't enjoy being under Carrion are those whose inefficient titles were revoked or destroyed, along with the occassional villian who is just in it for the chaos. I find your rebellion very difficult to take seriously when your subordinates go into town to cause trouble and slaughter innocents, not to mention many of those who support your rebellion are scoundrels and villains. To be honest, I don't even know of that many 'commoners' who aren't either strelts, guards, or villains. Besides the scoundrels, the only people I ever see associated with your rebellion are house noblemen who have been deposed by Carrion. If you genuinely think that you have greater "people"'s support, then we will see on the battlefield I suppose.)) ((As for RP:)) Borikdan chuckles upon hearing that the rebels are unsure of their own cause. The fact that they must go around asking for reassurance only reinforces their illegitimate nature. "I would be rather embarrassed if I was a rebel right now."
  8. Borikdan watches the sight with horror! Surely the De Roseans, with their unimaginable power and influence, will bring Abresi to their knees due to such an affront. Borik begins counting the second until his untimely demise, as slaughtering the member of the affluent house will only bring the wrath of a thousand soldiers. Woe to our children, the 'Royal' rebels will certainly have our heads now that we've made a martyr out of one of their most cherished members! Borikdan's mind wanders to the thought of joining the rebels, maybe only then may their mercy be present.
  9. Though I hate to repeat exactly what Senda said, he was right on target with saying that your plans for when you take charge are rather vague. The fact that you're doubting yourself only adds to the notion that you may not be fit for leadership of a nation; even going so far as to asking for OOC approval. While I don't know if you're just playing misguided in RP, Cracker has done nothing to warrant the descriptor of "tyrannical" or "malevolent". He performed the extremely difficult task of uniting Oren and centralizing RP within it through destruction of ghost towns and inefficient feudal titles. Tarus does not exactly have the best reputation for leading the human race, whereas "Team Carrion" has taken the initiative in 'doing what needs to be done'. Whether or not you dispute this as your in-game character is unknown to me, but it is clear your rebellion has a large OOC component due to your approval-seeking. Honestly, do you believe that in the unlikely chance that you succeed in this rebellion, the extremely large amount of loyalists will just stop what they were doing and swear fealty? You'd likely continue a cycle of rebellions and independent houses vying for control while getting nothing done. Note: I'm speaking purely in OOC terms as for what benefits the human race; if he can manage to do any of this in RP then IDGAF
  10. Borikdan does not even look up when word of the battle is relayed to him "Maybe their defeat here will finally lead to the ceasing of their obnoxious claims of tyranny and unjust rule." he returns to his work as he converses with his fellow strelts. Borik begins to ponder the nature of this battle and asks himself questions he wonders if the rebels even asked themselves. "Who would rule should we win?" "What right to rule would we have for the people?" "Will the Carrion supporters somehow disappear overnight?" "Will there not be constant strife in the fractured lands of Oren should we succeed and force our names as leaders?" "In extreme case of probably not happening, do they think that should they win, those loyal to Carrion, who consist of most law-abiding persons within Oren, will stand by and let them make ruling? There would be constant skirmishes for as long as they make holding of crown." Borik dismisses the thought, such worries would only occur should the impossible occur; they vastly overestimate their own strength as rebels.
  11. Borikdan is happy to see the induction of a good Raevir man into his most prized faith. He buys Roderick a large mug of Carrion black. "May you follow in the teachings of Godanistan and be good family man." Borik then begins ceremonially throwing bird dung upon Roderick and initiates the old Raevir dance.
  12. Borikdan excitedly signs the paper May this glorious unification of leaders bring our Kingdom much peace and prosperity. Skips off, giving heretics massages and preaching the good name of iblees.
  13. Borikdan wearily patrols about the dark streets of Abresi, he has just heard news concerning Sophia's declaration of war. The wrinkles upon Borik's face are apparent as he ponders the nature of this conflict. He begins discussing the matter with his fellow strelts and brothers-in-arms. "Sophia's ignoring of the succession law will not help in proving her legitimacy, she totally disregards Oren's agnatic system. Her supporters aid her not because they believe her to be legitimate, but because they are dissatisfied with Carrion rule." Borik, once young, eager, and ambitious, only sees this war as a waste of lives, not an opportunity for glory or honor. He frowns at the thought of those who will perish attempting to fulfill the iron wench's greedy claims.
