I believe it's a mix. They can speak common far better then pure blooded orcs, but have a very obvious orcish accent when they speak it as they still have smallish tusks.

Depends on who's paternal side you want to lean more towards. You could have big tusks or they could be smaller or less noticeable. You would still have a gutteral dialect, but your speech would also largely depend on who you grew up speaking around. The Blah is simply a language combined with a strong dialect, gutteral speech is the only real hereditary trait for orcs. Even a pure orc could grow up speaking common and have no knowledge of the Blah, but his speech would still be rough and...
