  1. Please excuse my typical first questions Have you restarted the computer? Have you restarted the client? Do you know how to fish in Minecraft? Are all of the particles turned on in your video settings to see the particles in the water for the fish? Have you tried fishing in other spots or ensured that you aren't landing your bobber on dirt? Have you attempted using a vanilla client if not already doing so? Sorry for the typical kind of IT inane troubleshooting questions. Feel free to entirely disregard this as I expect you are well aware of all these things and hopefully can debug your issue to this level on your own before deciding its a server issue.
  2. I agree! Additionally since nine bars of Ferrum make up a single Ferrum Block, then we can safely assume 1 bar of Ferrum is one ninth the weight of a block of Ferrum. In that vein, a Ferrum Chest plate, forged from 8 Ferrum bars, would weigh 6,488kg. I also think that one person should not be able to hold an entire cubic meter of stone, seeing as that would weigh nearly 2,600kg. Extrapolating that to an entire inventory of stacks of stone this would weigh 5,990,400kg, or 6613 tons. Actually.. I like my Ferrum Axe not weighing approximately 2,400kg. I now disagree as I consider math and physics.
  3. I just got a message about a book my character wrote way back in Aegis... Oh the Nostalgia!

Well, we are in Aegis... so maybe someone found it...?

As in, I wrote it three years ago (2011-ish?) and someone sent me a message about it

  4. I personally do not believe this would work because I feel that the staff team would become a server-wide popularity contest in part, rather than simply looking at a player's aptitude for the job.

  6. Refrain from flaming, trolling, and just causing trouble. Do not behave inappropriately. Do not personally target and attack a member of the community. Disrespecting the Administrators/Staff Members is unacceptable... -sigh-

  7. I still think the character is a little bit large perhaps consider making him a bit smaller still? Aside from that I see nothing that merits this app worth denying. As always this may be be revoked for severe lore breaking among other things, enjoy your stay in Menorcress.
  8. ~The height of a fully grown Mori’Quessir is on average 5'6" - 6'2", a child entering adolescence would not be this tall or weigh as much as an adult. ~The only reason he would be called handsome by a female would be to seduce him, compliments don’t exactly get paid out without ulterior motives. Rather they would be more likely to call him ugly if they did not care to waste their time with him. ~He would almost certainly be known to be weak by all who know of him if his usual raiment covered the majority of his body. ~His rebellion would swiftly be quelled, the first beating might be painful though the message would be clear. The second would be much more brutal, possibly even leaving him with open wounds across his entire back and other parts of his body. Were it to occur again I have little doubt the skin would be torn brutally across his back and the rest of his body and he would be left bleeding in an alley. Every beating after would get exponentially worse culminating with sacrifice if he would not conform and be a ‘proper’ Mori. ~Mori take many years to even become slightly more resilient against sunlight. In a period of two human years the more light that he could handle is not going to be noticeable. Not only is it painful, but it also causes blindness for many days and possibly even a week or more depending on how severely the eyes were damaged. Extended exposure or repeated severe exposure could even leave permanent damage to the eyes. Slowly over a space of two, possibly even three or more decades (Mori Year Decades) would a Mori become even noticeably more able to withstand light. It would take many years, easily surpassing a decade in Mori years before you would be as fully accustomed to light as possible. If you believe my judgement of this application was unfair, or that any of my points of denial were invalid you can PM me about them. You may reapply after 12 hours have passed and any necessary changes have been made to the application.

Oddly enough, You were one of the first people I met in Aegis. The High Prince Native offered me a chance to overcome the Gauntlet of Laurelin. To this day that is still one of my Favorite memories of Aegis.

  11. Is something truly worth fighting for if it isn't worth dying for?

Of course. Maybe if I fight a bit today, you wont have to die tomorrow, if you get what I'm saying.

    2. ~≈Panda≈~

      ~≈Panda≈~

Panda proved this to be true with her character Rina who had fought really hard to bury the dead infant http://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/index.php?/topic/72214-an-unnamed-death/

  12. There are three reasons as to why this is denied. I am ordering them in descending order of Importance. ~Firstly, your characters age shows a lack of comprehension of the Human-to-Mori years relationship. Please look back at it, identify your mistake and fix what is incorrect. ~Second, the size of the character does not fit with it's age what-so-ever. A 30mYear old Mori would never be nearly fully grown as you have described so far. The tallest Mori only reach heights of 6'3" or maybe in a very rare case 6'5-6" tall, on average it is more 5'4"-6' tall. The possibility of a child being 5' tall at 30mYears old is impossible. ~Finally, I am just going to tell you this bit of lore. During the ritual of birth the parents give the child both the public, and the private names. The priestess presiding over the birth as well as the parents of the child all know the private name before the child is even aware it has one, much less decide upon his/her own. If you don't agree with my decision or you feel that I am wrong about anything I have mentioned feel free to PM me about this.
  13. ~A newborn is not technically a playable character, please fix the age to fit a more reasonable age. ~You have to have a name, get it from your parent or create it yourself with your parent's approval Please fix these simple things and either change the title to indicate the changes have been made or send me a PM.
