  1. The Wandering Knight chuckles. "Fool, Prince. Just a damn fool."
  2. ((Unstarted: I haven't had time. Anyone who has offered their aid my speak with an admin or mod about receiving the proper Creative Mode perma that Native had assured me we will receive. We can construct this manor on the south-western part of the Asulon, there is not too much in that direction so far as I know.))
  3. Lorethos smirks. "I am acquainted with Lucas. I have never let him harm an innocent in my presence, and I have killed him when he tried. You and your "gang" will soon follow the same consequence if a path of redemption is not sought. As for the people's supposed lack of cooperation. I am astounded you think it is their fault. The people need a good ruler, and things need to be reorganized and rebuilt. Dawn refused when we asked for these things, so we asked her to step down. If she does not, she is condemning Salvus selfishly, and I will not let that happen."
  4. ((She got free and Kael still got the 20k Mina's xD))
  5. ((And soon, you will be a conceited, cunning and manipulative slave!))
  6. ((Kael is a devious fellow alright! This can be locked.))
  7. ((Kael is a devious fellow alright! This can be locked.))
  8. "She has used violence upon us. We do not want blood, but we will march if it is necessary to end her horrid and disgustingly selfish rule." "As for you." He turns to Vance. "You and your companions are criminals and bandits. Your group, Vance, Prince, and so on... Lucas told me of you. You want Dawn to stay in power because you know she will do nothing to stop you. Well, we will do something to stop you."
  9. Lorethos chuckles when he sees Vance defend the Queen. "I have elaborated this over a hundred times. I will not lead any government that comes after she steps down from head of state. I care little to lead the nation. I care to purge it of corruption and make it safe. And you... Kal Derra was your name. It is difficult to see the bleeding lives of so many from the Palace. It is not the fault of Dawn, but she has been there too long, and now it is time she permit those capable of overseeing a true safety for her people to do what they can. She has refused to even attempt to orchestrate an investigation into the Peacekeepers in order to eliminate the corruption, and makes no efforts to solve the problems of the nation that it his right now. She sits in her palace, a reactionary Queen. One who does nothing but insult those who disagree with her and send men to attack protestors. The people and commerce is leaving Solace because it is too dangerous. We can fix this, and if she was willing to do it I'd let her, but she won't listen to reason. I have spent most of my time in Solace without a home, because I have been incapable of finding a person whom I may purchase a home from. I consider myself attuned to Solace, her people, and her problems, and for good reason. I have been there to protect people trapped within the Inn while a madman sought their end. I stood and fought him and beat him and gave him mercy. The Peacekeepers just stood and watched. As for what we do if she refuses. Then, we come with the word of all the other nations who would aid is in a forceful usurpation. She sent men who tortured and beat me. If she will use brutal and murderous force, then she has opened us up to use it if it becomes necessary. The last thing I want is bloodshed, but if Dawn was removed, than the people of Solace and those who are constantly there will be able to sleep easy knowing their Guard is a true Guard and their gates are locked shut and the back of their city is not open to entrance by some massive river. I do not think Dawn is anything but worn out. If she is a witch, I do not care. No one will burn. She must step down, and I assure you no harm will come to her or her followers."
  10. The Wandering Knight shakes his head with a solemn smile at all the screaming. "I haven't gotten a single name down here. If you want to help, I really do need your names."
  11. Sign your name or speak it out in support, and I will add you to the roster! If you are willing to fight if it comes to that, speak that as well and I will add you to a seperate one.
  12. You see the scalped corpse of the Rebellion leader laying in the town square, leaning against the torn Rebellion banner. Around him are scattered a manner of Orcish and Rebellion weapons, broken and glinting in the morning light. A crow lands, and pecks at the corpse, before flying away squawking as you hear the trampling of marching boots coming from a nearby street. Monks swiftly rush forward and gather up the body, taking it to the Cloud Temple in hopes of reviving him as they have many of the villains of th land countless times. Several Peacekeepers march into the square, armor glinting in the noon sunlight. Two hold long cavalry sabers, looking warily from side to side. The back-most Peacekeeper holds a tall standard bearing the Salvus crest. The Peacekeeper at the front of the ensemble holds a scroll in his hands, which he promptly unrolls. He raises his iron visor, and looks at the paper, before announcing; "Hear ye, all who oppose the Kingdom and her Majesty Queen Dawn Perea of Salvus, and by extension, the Values of Peace and Honor it stands for in these times of change, that any and all who support the so-called "Free Peoples" Movement that is inspiring terror and bloodshed in our streets, that we, the Peacekeepers, and those who stay loyal to the Kingdom, shall hunt you down, and scalp you like we did this traitor - for that is what you are! Traitorous! You have no right to raise your blades against her Majesty, who has defended you and your families with every breath, and will continue to do for as long as you shall live!" The man rolls up the scroll printed on thick vellum, and tucks it into his pack. He stands up straight once more and shouts. "Disband and return to your homes, and you shall not be harmed! I, as a member of the Most Honorable Peacekeepers, promise this to you!" He lowers his visor, nods once, then marches off with the other three Peacekeepers. An air of silence hangs over the square, as the crowds of protesters quietly disperse.

  14. ((Ransom has been paid and girls released for anyone wondering OOC.))
  15. A letter falls and lands before one of the posters. Perhaps the massive funds could contribute to the release of my most illustriously captured slaves. http://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/index.php?/topic/48512-ransom-for-four-women/
  16. My point stands regardless of how long I have been on the server or what it used to be like, because it is regarding the current status of the server. Not "a few months ago."
  17. I promise that this "power" will have lore accepted by admins first, and no one will be allowed to roleplay with this power for reasons I will reveal. Only I, who will act as Adrian in the event, will use the power, and my goal is to make him die in the end. So there will be no powergaming or ludicrous made-up-on-the-spot magic.
  18. People have the right to call themselves what they want, though, even if I do agree with you. There are absolutely zero valiant and chivalrous knights that my own character, who has been trained as a knight in Chivarly and Valiance since being able think, has met. Most the knights, self proclaimed or otherwise, directly contradict the duties and beliefs of knighthood, including political involvement and permission of harm to the innocent with not attempt at aiding them. My character, Lorethos, is the only Knight, at least in heart, that I know. He puts himself last if someone innocent is in danger, and those whom attack him he offers mercy if they promise to seek redemption. Those are things a "Knight" does. I'll get to work on that guide to Knighthood soon.
  19. I did no such thing, and if I had it would be an opinion that I am allowed to share. Back to the topic at hand. The idea of forcing this is grotesque. It's just something we should ask the leaders of some guilds to do is all. Lessens clutter and helps make the server more realistic.
  20. That does not always work. Besides, Aislin is making a suggestion to guilds, not proposing a rule of forcedmerging.
  21. Aislin is making fair assessments, Banana. He's generalizing groups, not accusing each one of a crime. And this clutter does also cause poor erratic and unrealistic roleplay.
  22. We resolved the problem of people building wherever they want OOCly. We resolved the problem of people making towns whenever OOCly. We resolved the problem of people being jacks-of-all-trades OOCly. We resolved the problem of poor roleplayers playing villains OOCly.
  23. Aislin is very accurate in his helpful description of the clutter of small and weak "guilds." The fact is that people create more guilds for the sake of wanting political or personal power or wealth. We need to learn to just join and work our way up instead of expecting to start at the top. If you're a good roleplayer you'll move up faster anyway.
  24. ((The point is that it's ludicrous. My character has no intention of releasing anyone unless the money for them is presented, which is unlikely. In other words, this is a taunt and a bluff. But I'll lower the price to make it at least reachable.))
