It's unfortunately how it is I'm afraid. Zero tolerance. To be any more lenient would risk leaving a gap open for someone to exploit the server qnd its intentions to get it shutdown. The best defence is to completely and utterly remove any chance of it occurring. It's not like Cybering isn't known to be bannable... they do make it very clear

but i have never been banned before, i am actually quite upset that i was not warned that what i was doing was classed as cybering before i got banned
